Sure. But figuring out where the problem is can take some more time.

Intel Atom 450 + internal graphics ... That's ancient by now. Perhaps an older OpenELEC version will work, but don't expect any miracles.
LibreELEC (as well as OpenELEC) needs a fairly recent OpenGL version in hardware support, otherwise the Kodi GUI will not run properly.
If the box supports USB booting, you can try testdriving LE or OE from a USB stick.

Unless I get some decent information and explanation, this thread will be closed tomorrow.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? And which file is supposed to be run or executed?
If you think we can establish psychic connection to find out what is happening at your end, we unfortunately have to disappoint you. So please supply all the information you have. It makes our job much easier as well.
"The official kodi BACKUP app" I don't think there is such a thing. Are you referring to LibreELEC's backup/restore tool? Because that one works.

And where is that log file?
Did you name your 3D videos correctly to further smooth Kodi's 3D recognition as such?

Netflix is still a (long) W-I-P. Nothing official, but some work is done via Milhouse builds. DRM and Open-source do not mix easily.

Did you try Google Translate for that error message?

Sorry, I forgot about that. You know, Monday mornings...

Thea RPi does not support suspend or hibernation either. And in idle state, the RPi uses some 1.5 Watts. What is there to wake up?

Is your network up at booting? (See: 'Wait for network' option, set to 20-30 seconds?)

LibreELEC is a 'Just Enough' operating system with only the bare necessities for Kodi, where OSMC is a more full OS. LE also has no package manager like apt-get, so anything you would need needs compiling in your own LE builds.
Also, personally, I'd wouldn't have anything to do with printing while watching videos
I'd stick to OSMC for printing stuff if I were you.

Make sure you have all your scraper addons updated.
API keys have been renewed lately.

UPnP sharing only works for videos (movies/tvshows) and music that are scraped into Kodi's video and music libraries.

Which Logs would you like?
Any logs that will support your problem. It's not that hard.

And..?
Is it too hard to give any accompanying description, or even a simple hello?
Do you always fling your stuff on the table and expect others to do your work right away?

That is not a log, that is only a very tiny snippet of a log.
We ask for the kodi.log, the whole kodi.log, and nothing but the kodi.log, so help us Kodi.
