If there is one stable Kodi device out there, then it's a Raspberry Pi.
So either your Rpi 3 has a hardware malfunction or your SD card has some bit rot on it. Try a different sd card first.

If I reset them, they just keep coming back.
Either your video database has somehow corrupted, or some outside interference is at work. Start with providing a full log file.
Your using MariaDB. Try connecting to it via an external tool (like MySQL Workbench, ignore the compatibility message), and do a query on the season_view.
If that takes more than a couple of seconds, then your database server is likely the problem.
You can could temporarily rename the userdata/guisettings.xml file to something else, and restart LibreELEC so a clean xml file is generated.
Going to flash back 8.x ..
So ... bugs, problems and other inconsistencies will have to sort themselves out?
I'll pass it on to the developers.
Please note that OpenELEC has been basically 'dead' for 2 years now. Some habits die hard, perhaps.
Sorry, no LOG, have fresh install and don't want to do it again..
Sorry, but in that case, don't expect any solutions anytime soon.

See..? It's not that difficult.
So I always have to run rsync from the client with this parameter:
Can't you put/set in the autostart.sh file, so it is set with every (re)boot?
A symbolic link or whatever?
I, personally recommended
This is not a forum for VPN advertisements.
Don't try this again.
Odd, I didn't think 8.2.5 and 9.0.0 would differ, but okay.
1) Make a full backup of your LibreELEC data partition, fresh install 9.0.0, and restore your backup
or
2) Use a bootable version of Gparted (or a similar partition tool), and manually resize your partitions). Reboot and upgrade LibreELEC via the .tar or .img.gz file.
Bluetooth does work for me, just not all the time... It randomly drops dead every now and then.
LibreELEC also runs on 512MB Raspberry Pi devices. So 32GB is pretty much overkill.
99% of time, the only file(s) being written to is the video and/or music database file. If you use an external SQL database, LibreELEC will be basically a readonly app on your PC.
How you store your videos that you watch, is up to you. SSD's have TRIM functionality (unlike most SD cards), so wearing them out is unlikely. On average, an SSD can handle writing several terabytes each day for a couple of years. Do you handle and watch that many videos?
SMB seems to have its hiccups in Leia 18.
Why not try NFS instead, Synology should be good at that as well.
