Hi wrxtasy excellent build running an absolute dream installed to internal on my tx3mini 2gb. As a previous post is it possible to set up a sleep/wake function instead of shutting down the box?

Well read my post #336 on this thread which will link you to The Coolests post #126 on Page 7. Yes it will be possible as I have my later Tanix TX9 Pro S912 box working fine with the front panel display which before also just showed "boot". So get the files that The Coolest page 7 post links to, and follow the instructions. You will have to replace your device tree file with the equivalent replacement one which is modified for the vfd driver. When you set it up you will likely get a Permissions error which will require changing the linux file attributes on the main FD628Service file, but this is an easy ssh chmod 777 <file name> command into your box. I can help you with that too if needed now that I am aware of how it all works.

Can I set 8.90.4 to auto update for future releases or am I getting this and kszaqs builds confused.

Will I be able to copy my remote config file over from my current 8.2.3.1 build to the new 8.90.4 build once available to keep the or remote working on both builds?

It will boot but your IR remote won't work.
so I’ll need to set up a remote config or buy a 2.4ghz Bluetooth remote to run both ( on the 2.4 ghz remote do these need config files setting up or are they p and p

When burning .img.gz to an SDCard there will be a subfolder called device_trees, inside you will find gxl_p281_2g_tx3mini.dtb rename this to dtb.img and place in the ROOT directory and it will solve your issue.once there released will the dtb also work with kszaq s krypton builds? Not an issue if not I just use both on the box one from nand and the other from sd

Everything works 8.2.3.1 including the LCD display using 8.90.3 adamg device tree tx3mini
do you have the device tree to share as it appears to have temporarily been removed

Im a little confused.
we can use 8.2.3.1 image on Tanix tx3 mini?
I thought its not possible. Only 8.9.x builds
8.2.3.1 works brilliantly on this box using Ethernet I haven’t tried WiFi the only downside for me is the screen showing boot constantly

it's not ready to be used yet, there is a reason it hasn't been made public, use p212 2g for now
once this tree is made public will it hopefully sort the issue with the lcd not powering of when the pox is powered down?
