What does that mean?
NAND of Your box is not supported.

Already try this. Unfortunately not working on my device.
I believe You did somethin wrong, because Your dtb is not working etc.
My S912 box - there is no stuttering subtitle using external .srt files running LE 8.5.2-chroma.422.10bit or CE 9.0 nightly 20190222
905x2 -> LE is not working
Well, I use my X92 box at home and on the move, and most of the time I use HBO Go Eu and Netflix Kodi addons.
Very different user profile - different requirements - not comparable.
Yes I know, some users want to use a cheap amlogic box like a personal computer
Glad that it finaly works for you.
Must say that I never experienced any unsolvable problem on beta versions
Can only tell You that beta versions didn´t play most 4k HDR videos on my S912 box.
My S905X boxes are still running stable LE version.
But I´m not using IPTV, DVB-S, DVB-T and other special thinks (plex, docker etc.) only watching video/music from NAS.
I don't know which CE versions you tried, but guessing from what you wrote earlier it's 8.95.6. That version uses Kodi Leia RC2 which doe not need Whitelist at all.
Stable version CE 9.0 is available and now it works on my S912 box
Previous versions where partly faulty.
Know waiting for mainline
yeah mate I know the risks and obviously it's all my own doing if I do 😃 I usually install to internal so shouldn't be a problem, could you point me in right direction maybe?
What is the easiest and safest way to upgrade
A fresh install using anothe SD card
I did it in the past
Is there a way of installing to internal?
Yes, but without support.
Maybe You will brick the box
well i tried that but it wont work i think there is something corrupt in the image because i cant connect to the internet
No, there ist something wrong with Your network, maybe router isn´t configured properly or network-cable is broken.
Your box gets 169.x.x.x IP - network interface is working, but no connect to Your network.
You have to fix it.
i see in librelec settings network is ready
Do You see the IP address ?
Connection in local network don´t need internet.
Be shure Your box is properly connected to network/router
Try gxm_q200_2g.dtb or gxm_q201_3g_1gbit
I own Vorke Z6 - works perfect using LE 8.2.5.1 (wrxtasy)
CE8.95.7 with issues playing sone 4k videos
Cool! Will try this! Thanks!
Just another bricked box soon ....
Just read and understand if You want LE

like mp3 playback not working
Youre wrong
.mp3 & .flac playback OK on my S905X boxes running build from wrxtasy
Don't worry, head on over to their forum, make a post informing them of it, and they'll tell you that you're expecting too much from your hardware, and that you need to run NFS on your file server.
BTW:
All my files are stored on my NAS and I use NFS protocol
I´m also no noob - working as IT prof since 1995.
Yes, I saw some issue report @CE forum and the CE chief developer said it was just only mud and deleted the forum posts.
OK, he is the big boss in his own forum and he can do there what he wants to to
Comparing Kodi 17 and 18 is not fair.
Yes, I agree.
KODI18 is Beta and not perfect, but is has a lot of functions like Netflix, IP-TV, DVB-T/DVB-S support
I never said KODI17.6 is perfect and I don´t wanna compare.
I only told about UHD playback issues using CE/KODI18 running on my box.
Same box running LE/KODI17.6 has no no UHD playback issues, runnig same UHD samples.
Video files are stored on NAS mounted NFS using OS command.
It´s not fair to compair another hardware(box, AVR, TV etc.) and files stored on external HDD via USB.
My conclusion:
My daily driver stays on KODI17.6 and I will test next versions KODI18 until its working well for me.
