No one, I can't force a resolution?

I'm going to try and connect directly to TV see what happens.
Just tested it and looks like the receiver is the culprit here.
I connected the Odroid directly to TV, and rebooted and it worked, while on I connected it to the receiver and it passed the signal through.
Is there any way to force said resolution in LE?

My reciever is capable of UHD upscalind and passthrough.
Pioneer VSX 1123-k.
Having said this I can not get LibreELEC to select the UHD resolution.
Max LE sees is 1080P @60.
I would like to set it to UHD @ 30 or @60.
Any ideas?

Because that's only a feature of the RPI IIRCActually I have it working on my Odroid-C2 running v7 community build of LE.
The Odroid-C2 is fully capable of auto switching the 3D mode on televisions. -
Is there any reason why the Odroid-C2 official build doesn't switch the 3D mode on my television?

This is because you're using one of WRXtasy's builds with an outdated moonlight Addon, there are newer versions available (that don't work for different reasons.)Are you saying that despite what version of LE I use for the C2 box Moonlight will not function?

I've been trying to get Moonlight to work on my KODI box.
I am able to pair it with my PC and I am able to see the games list on my PC.
When I launch the game I get a black screen for about 5 seconds and then it jumps back out into the KODI home view.
I get the following from the log file.
