    Ha it's .... me again.

    Just got another tuner, this time a tbs5520SE. I smacked it onto my stock raspberry (and the stiock 8.2 LS distro), got the following messages

    [1536489.022775] usb 1-1.1.2: new high-speed USB device number 8 using dwc_otg

    [1536489.116547] usb 1-1.1.2: New USB device found, idVendor=734c, idProduct=5521

    [1536489.116560] usb 1-1.1.2: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=0, SerialNumber=0

    [1536489.140734] dvb-usb: found a 'TBS 5520se USB2.0' in cold state, will try to load a firmware

    [1536489.141001] usb 1-1.1.2: Direct firmware load for dvb-usb-tbsqbox-id5521.fw failed with error -2

    In the /lib/firmware I found a dvb-usb-tbsqbox-id5520.fw not the one for the tuner apparently.

    So what image should I use to see if that thing is working (being interrested by the multistream (DVB-S2X) and the DVB-C/DVB-S capabilities.

    Any hint ?

    I just realized how cumbersome the information I gave was, sorry.

    I had a version (can't remember which one though) installed a while back (around january 2017), and decided to install the latest Libreelec, when I realized that the DVBC cards were not recognized I installed LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-8.2.0-dvb-1.1.1.img.gz and tried all version of the drivers. I did this via the .update directory

    The only set of drivers that recognized all DVB cards was the Hauppauge.

    Unfortunately although the cards are recognized, something does not work the only functional card is the stick.

    So the non working version is the LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-8.2.0-dvb-1.1.1.img.gz

    The bits of dmesg that I sent before comes from the LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-8.2.0-dvb-1.1.1.img.gz version

    As per the paste it does not seems to work either:

    TVSERVER:~ # dmesg | paste

    <html>

    <head>

    <title>500 Internal Server Error</title>

    </head>

    Hi, after installing the latest version of the DVB drivers, my Terratec H7 stopped to work and my

    TechnoTrend TT-connect CT2-4650 CI v1.1 fails too, only my third tuner TechnoTrend TVStick CT2-4400 works.

    Only the Hauppauge version recognizes all 3 cards (TBS and kernel drivers only see the TVStick).

    I wish I made a copy of the original DVB drivers version that was working ...

    Is it possible to get it back pleaaaaaaaase

    Yes, OSCAM is up and running on the test RPI, TVHeadend server of the satellite receiver is connected to the test RPi (with Omnikey and running oscam) via WiFi and it decodes the encrypted channels.

    So it's up and running !

    Many thanks, I will push it onto the sat receiver and keep an eye on it, if I notice any funnies I'll report them to you.

    v 3 installed, still some path problem by the look of it.

    Fine, I have a couple of them readers (Omnikey 3021 they are low priced 12 € on the web, mainly used for national ID card reading in Belgium). I'll be able to try it on a DVB-C this week-end and on a DVB-S2 next week (shouldn't make any difference though). Let me knonw where I can fetch it from.
