fresh installed latest build on usb. installed latest netflix version. after clicking netflix video it tries to play, but eventually crashes kodi.
one thing i've noticed is inputstream adaptive is disabled after fresh install, you need to enable addon then update.
LibreELEC:~ # paste /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log
LibreELEC:~ # dmesg | paste
same video works on Gendo's LE9 build.
Exactly the same experience after following the same scenario.
(BTW Bluetooth does work/is recognized with this build.)

It should already be there
Bluetooth wasn't in any of Gendo's builds that's why I ask.
-
GDPR-2 Will you add bluetooth?

As far as I know, you won't be able to play a 1080p stream via Netflix.
The S905 and S905X processors are just to weak to decode the stream.
The decoding can just be done by a single core and these are to weak to decode 1080p.
720p should work fine.
100% correct.
It's a a bit confusing how on the same box Netflix on android manages to play 1080p effortlessly. (I own a Mecool m8s Pro+ which has widevine level 1)

Well,
two boxes (S905 and S905X) go straight to black screen, instead of Kodi.
One S912 shows partial GUI without any fonts...
Could be a skin problem (Aeon NOX and the SiLVO mod)... ?
The fix is to "update" again to LibreELEC-S905.arm-9.0-Leia-testing-Gendo-03-10-2017.tar...
Same for me. Straight to black screen after update.
EDIT: Rebooted my box and everything works as it should it seems.

Any specifics I should pay attention too? (the list of the commits doesn't tell me much)

I own both Beelink, 16 & 32 Gb version.
Both working fine at 4k and HDR
But I´m running LE from SD card, there is no advantage installing internal
I own a Beelink 32 GB version and I agree.
Also, there is indeed no advantage in installing it on external.
I did once because android annoyed me but that situation has been reversed.
BobFlyer The remote.conf is for the included remote.
You can approach the SMB folders in libreelec by using the windows run box [windows key+ r] and type \\libreelec\
if it's in your network. There's a folder called config (or config files) in which you can just past the remote.conf.
If there already is a remote.conf make a back-up. That's all I have for you. Good luck.

Thanks, I will try this evening. Netflix add-on doesn't work anymore. Something wrong with inputstream?
A change on the netflix side. I updated it and Netflix works again for me.

logs..
Nothing in the log points to anything related to bluetooth issues.
-
By the way. For me Bluetooth still doesn't work.

works fine here.. i use iptv not tvheadend.. will try with tvheadend when i have sometime in weekend.. one last thing can you try and modify caching in advancedsettings.xml (need to reboot for it to take effect)
<cache>
<memorysize>104857600</memorysize> <!-- number of bytes used for buffering streams in memory
When set to 0 the cache will be written to disk instead of RAM -->
<buffermode>1</buffermode> <!-- Choose what to buffer:
0) Buffer all internet filesystems (like "2" but additionally also ftp, webdav, etc.) (default)
1) Buffer all filesystems (including local)
2) Only buffer true internet filesystems (streams) (http, etc.)
3) No buffer -->
<readfactor>15.0</readfactor> <!-- this factor determines the max readrate in terms of readfactor * avg bitrate of a video file.
This can help on bad connections to keep the cache filled. It will also greatly speed up buffering. Default value 4.0. -->
</cache>
Aha, I see where this might have been a miscommunication. I was talking about Netflix 1080p as did TheCondor. Not IPTV..that works fine.
I'll still try that buffer though.

are accelerate mpeg2 / mpeg4 and h264 set to always?
Yes. All are set to always.

can you try enabling or disabling audio passthrough also disable sync playback to display
My setup is with passthrough enabled but I'll disabled it. I never use "sync playback to display" only "switch refresh rate". I'll report after this.
After testing the problem is still there, after a few seconds or after motion in the video the sound is out of sync. I'm using Leia-test-20-09.

I'm on 19/09 build on S905 (non X) with just 1gb of ram and seems to can stream also 1080p netflix show!!!
I tried 1080p but audio get's out of sync and video drops frames.
