Yeah, it was more to do with being able to see the hidden folders and accessing them via a win 10 machine, WinSCP sorted that, so all good and working again

I've used Kodi in one form or another since the XBMC days on the OG Xbox, but I've been out of the loop for a good few years, and things have moved on, just a touch, since then

Hi all,

As some of you will/may know the Artwork Downloader addon doesn't work anymore and the fanart/tmdb api keys need updating.

From what I've read the .py files need editing with notepad++ to update the api keys.

I've browsed to Libreelec via windows and Kodi but I can't locate the files, so i'm guessing they're hidden.

Is there a way I can access these files, edit them in notepad++ and re insert them ?

I've just picked up a Minix Neo U9-H (updated to the latest firmware) and installed the 8.2.2.1 build from sd card without any problems, quite painless actually!.

Whilst setting up Kodi how I wanted it, received the 8.2.2.1a update, which installed, again, without any problems.

Now, I've no point of reference, as this is a new box/new build to me but 4k HDR content and 1080p blu's play fine, so far.

All my content is streamed over a Gb network from a unRAID nas using samba shares, I've not watched a full movie yet, I will do tonight and report back, but from what I've seen so far, all looks pretty good to me.

I've just tried the latest LibreELEC (Krypton) v7.90.009 ALPHA posted on the Wetek site, It loads and installs....which is a step in the right direction.
There's a few problems with it, but i'll report them there.

Unfortunately it doesn't for me and i'm doing nothing different in formatting and writing .img to mSD card than I did/do when Ii use the codesnake .img and that works fine.....i'm starting to think it's a dodgy box, shame really....I had high hopes for the wetek box

Thanks for the new WP2 build, unfortunately it doesn't load for me, it hangs at the 'boot from internal nand' screen.
I'm a new owner (less than 2 weeks) and the only build that has worked is a build posted on the wetek forum by Codesnake and in that one HD audio pass through isn't working.
I'm not sure if something has changed in this latest batch of boxes (WP2), as a lot of new users are having similar problems.
