First find out the IP address of your router.
Example for manual settings on LE for router's IP 192.168.1.1
IP address: 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1 (IP address of your router)
DNS servers IP adresses:
First: 192.168.1.1 (IP address of your router)
Second: 8.8.8.8
Third: 1.1.1.1
Must save all settings and reboot to work properly.
Do you happen to have a working Remote.conf for the box, would you share it perhaps?
No, I use Rii mini i8+ keyboard with all my boxes. Use original remote only to turn the box on.

I have an X96 mini with S905W 2Gb box and run CoreElec 8.95.7 (and many previous versions as well) without any wifi issues.
Just check that you use proper dtb.img file.
On LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.2-8.2.3.1 I used (if I remeber correctly) gxl_p212_2g.dtb.
With CoreELEC-S905.arm-8.95.7 I use gxl_p281_2g.dtb
Why? It does not interfere in any way with any OS on SD/USB and it may come to your interest some day.
I've tried coreelec before and it is the same. I tried to press that small button on the bottom of the box, because it has no reset button like some previous models in AV but appereantly at the bottom of the box where there is tiny hole. Even that didn't help.

You should press the reset button under the small (1mm) hole in botom of the box, connect (turn on) the power while keeping the reset button pressed for 5-15 seconds, until you see Libre/CoreElec logo. Then you can release the reset button.
Thank you very much everyone. I installed the program and it worked! There is one problem after I turned it off and start, It loads android OS again. No option to start libreelec.
Something is/went wrong. Once properly installed Libre/CoreElec should always start first if the SD/USB is inserted.
It's easier to install in Android Reboot to LibreELEC and it will boot to any properly installed OS on SD/USB connected to the box.
Where to get coreelec compiled image?
This has been fixed in latest verion of CoreElec 8.95.7 (Vertical shift for Amlogic HW decoding - Kodi - CoreELEC Forums)
Well, must say that ALL my testing and experience with UHD HDR material is running them locally from an USB connected Hard drive, so no buffering issues, or any other, with samples you mention...
CE running KODI18 - most of my UHD videos have issues - I have to modify the whitelist
Many videos(UHD) are not playing smooth using KODI18(CE)
I don't know which CE versions you tried, but guessing from what you wrote earlier it's 8.95.6. That version uses Kodi Leia RC2 which doe not need Whitelist at all.
So, I don't really see the reason to modify whitelist, since if none is selected Kodi behaves identical to version prior to whitelist introduction.
Can you give me one example of such a video that play smoother on LE than on CE.8.95.6 ?
Beelink GT1 is a "standard" S912 box and does not have USB 3.0.

That both samples play not faulty on my X92 box / CE 8.95.6. So CE is here not to blame.
Why didn't you answear my question: Can LE 8.2.5 play those samples with proper frame rate, proper color space switching and proper resolution?
CE is almost not stable and faulty.
I checked up with some testvideos (LG_Chess_HDR, Sony_swordsmith ....)
None of these videos could be played with CE/KODI18
All of these videos could be played with LE/KODI17.6

Tried both, "LG Chess HDR UHD 4K HDR 60fps / 1:53" and "Sony UHD Sample (Swordsmith) HDR 2160p 4k / 1:26"
on my X92 box running CoreELEC-S912.arm-8.95.6 and both samples play without fault; with proper frame rate, proper color switching and proper resolution (on my LG TV).
Can Kodi 17.6 do any of that?
Your dtb.img is wrong. It cannot be only 2KB, should be over 40KB...
I installed 8.2.5 on my TX3 Mini and seems to be running fine. Wifi Working, Wireless mouse working.
Boot from internal command is working too.
I just want to know how to boot from Android back into Libreelec? Is there an easy way to do it, without getting up and unpluging the box?
Then the dual boot would be complete!
If your box is rooted, install from Google Play "Reboot to LibreELEC" and run it. That' all 
I updated my M8S+ (S905x) device with the 8.2.5 release.
I have a problem with some mkv files. For instance, here you can find a 30sec sample.
I tried with older version of LibreElec (an old adamg 1.0.6 release) and also the latest CoreElec. All have the same problem: video stuttering and audio out of sync.
Test file plays OK on all my boxes, all of them on CoreElec 8.95.5
