Or if it was an upgrade, then go to the Libreelec configuration, (it will be under addons) & under connections tell us what you have?
you should see LAN & possibly wireless connections, then edit & set DHCP to automatically get an ip address, then once that is working go back in & set the manual fixed ip address
when you first booted up & went through the wizard, did you see the connections?

Do you have any idea how to create a remote config cfg that support mouse function on remote for Kodi 18 (LE8.90 or CE)? For the Kodi 17.x, with the remote.conf, I can do it. But for Kodi 18, using .cfg, I have no glue how to do it. Assign BTN_MOUSE perhaps?

I Have used CoreELEC a few weeks, and yesterday, I went back to libreelec.
Remote does not work, even adding the specific files of the remote.
Before flashing coreelec, remote always works fine.
I have a Beelink mxiii.
Does anybody any idea what is wrong?

There are some ready made remote files here for coreelec. Just copy them to the correct location & reboot
Then I think perhaps you could consider a nas or raspberry pi

I have a Google home and have seen a guide that allows kodi to be run from Google home. It requires port 8080 to be open, Without the VPN on it works great. Can anyone tell me or show me how to open port 8080 so it doesn't use the VPN when it's connected? Is there a guide to do this anywhere?
I think there is a setting in zomboided's settings, to select a particular vpn server for a particular app, or deselect vpn with a certain app

So, you have downloaded the img.gz file?
you have download, dtb files
you then used rufus or another tool to burn the image to sd card
you then put the correct dtb file on the sd card, renaming it to dtb.img
you then inserted the card
you then pressed the recovery switch via a pinhole located on the unknown box (you didn't tell us)
then you powered on the box
you then released the reset switch after a few seconds.
did you do all that?

This didn't work initially, but did after I deleted the cfg & keymap files

I decided to move my NUC to play on a different tv, where my H96 Pro was working fine. The NUC would not show the bios screen. At one time, I didn't think the NUC was actually booting. So, my advice, is just try a different cable & TV
Unless you are absolutely sure it is booting.
I think it means your boot loader is broken. My only suggestion, is a fresh install & restore a backup if you have one.
I bought a Drevo 64gb ssd from Amazon. It's cheap & going to this after using a usb & haven't noticed any speed difference.
