Alternatively, press the menu button several times quickly, while plugging in the power.
If, it still doesn't boot to libreelec try another dtb.
I didn't know, that Libre did versions for this box, I would try Coreelec

I have a TVh server & client with a Xbox tuner on a H96 Pro. Don't get 720.(coreelec
I also have a tvh server & client using a different usb tuner running on a celeron nuc. (libreelec)
I will admit, HD channels don't always work well (i'm in the uk)
But I put that down to the aerial.

I use the internal ir for my nuc, DN2820FYKH
I select Intel as manufacturer & DN2829FYKH as the model. this is on my 350, but its the same for the 650.

This is how i got tvhproxy working on my NUC
Install Docker.
ssh into your device
docker pull chvb/docker-tvhproxy
docker run -d \
-p 5004:5004/tcp \
-e TVH_URL="http://admin:[email protected]:9981" \
chvb/docker-tvhproxy:latest
admin is my user 1234 is my password
On the shield webpage, add ip address manually, followed by the port
eg 192.168.1.110:5004
Don't ask me any technical instructions,it was abit of trial & error. I know nothing about linux

I can't remember exactly, you need to install some drivers by Crazycat. You basically have to choose one, then try it. Hopefully crazycat will answer you.
