Also, is there any reason you run this as a service? To me it looks like you should just call the shell script from within python.
How should I do to make the addon easy to update? What is the best way to mantain a addon that has binary dependencies? (And support other devices)

You need to cross compile the dependencies by using our build system. Look at any of the add-ons we currently compile.
I can help you with this if you'd like as it looks like you depend on a couple things (moonlight, opus)
Try downloading it again then try the update again.
OpenELEC has incorporated the patch already:You might want to open an issue on github I'm sure they would be interested to add it as well.
I've already looked at it, however we are on linux 4.6 and the commits need to be rebased. We will hopefully add it for LibreELEC 8.0

It's unlikely. Allwiner + PowerVR = 
The add-on has some libs with some linking problems.
Unfortunately the author has built the add-on poorly so it cannot be easily updated as the git repo contains pre compiled binaries.
Make an issue report on their github.

No hardware acceleration in kodi
this was a wile ago i think it was a wifi dongle its been fixed sence it was just a example. but i am having a samba issue it wont save my changes ro the smb.conf the changes work untell a reboot then it reverts to the default
Use /storage/.config/samba.conf
You will have to create this file or copy it from the default file

Unfortunately it occupies the output so Kodi can't use it. Is it possible to have Pulseaudio release it when there's no audio?
Not really, you could restart kodi and select the new pulseaudio output that will show up in the audio output. Otherwise you will have to unload the pulseaudio module.
I think the Pine64 uses an Allwinner SOC, so no probably not.

After installing the dongle, I had to enable Wireless network in KODI - LibreElec Settings menu.
However, after reboot everything is lost. So, I have to again load the driver and add new IDs to it before dongle is recognized.
Where should I put these commands so that it is run automatically on startup?

for now you can create a file /storage/.config/autostart.sh with the commands in it.

There where builds for openelec that supported dual audio. So you can select in kodi the analog and the hdmi at the same time. There is a thread on kodi.tv forum about this at this url:

On the RPi/RPi2 you can do this natively already in Kodi.
On Generic you could do it using pulseaudio, but it would take some setting up.

Ah so basically the issue is that the rpi receives the BT audio perfectly but it can't output it because of the special kodi sink so instead it just ignores it. Is that what you meant lrusak?
Basically yes. The phone will pair, but pulseadudio has no where to route the audio to.
