An ssh reverse tunnel is a good way to do it and can be activated via a systemd service.

Why not just turn on SMB and then you can browse the LibreELEC filesystem from your windows computer.

Did you enable ssh via /flash/cmdline.txt? If so the option won't show up in the settings add-on.

This isn't true, it will require a systemd service file to get them to start automatically.

I actually almost have a way to do this using udev, but it doesn't work because udev won't finish until the all udev rules have run, so it's not possible (with the current tools) to do this (that I have found yet).

I will try to get this to work using bash.

Install the docker add-on, then via ssh run the following command

docker run --rm --name=kodi-alexa --publish=443:8000 -e KODI_ADDRESS=<ip-address< -e KODI_PORT=8080 -e KODI_USERNAME=kodi -e KODI_PASSWORD=kodi kuroshi/kodi-alexa

Replace the ip address with your LibreELEC devices ip address

Can you post a kodi log and get the output of the following command?

No, retroplayer is built into kodi.

Wrxtasy's builds are based on LibreELEC 7.0 which is very old news. These retroplayer builds are based on LibreELEC 8.0 which include many fixes and improvements over 7.0.

Can you try again with one of the recent Alpha builds and report back? There will be no fixes to the 7.0.x line
