Did you set your timezone in the kodi settings?
-
1) no
2) no
3) yes
4) use Hyperion instead. -
An ssh reverse tunnel is a good way to do it and can be activated via a systemd service.
-
Why not just turn on SMB and then you can browse the LibreELEC filesystem from your windows computer.
-
Did you enable ssh via /flash/cmdline.txt? If so the option won't show up in the settings add-on.
-
Existing containers should be automatically started by the docker-addon when Kodi starts.This isn't true, it will require a systemd service file to get them to start automatically.

I actually almost have a way to do this using udev, but it doesn't work because udev won't finish until the all udev rules have run, so it's not possible (with the current tools) to do this (that I have found yet).
/storage/.config/udev.rules.d/99-usb-play.rules
CodeIMPORT{builtin}="blkid" ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="block", KERNEL=="sd*|mmc*", ENV{ID_FS_USAGE}=="filesystem", \ RUN+="/storage/autoplay.sh $attr{ID_FS_LABEL}"
/storage/autoplay.sh
I will try to get this to work using bash.

Very nice! I am also interested in retro gaming with the odroid c2.Is it somehow possible to install that version of Retroplayer as an addon?
What about wrxtasy's libreelec fixes for the odroid c2? Do you merge them into your builds?
Greetings Hoppel
No, retroplayer is built into kodi.
Wrxtasy's builds are based on LibreELEC 7.0 which is very old news. These retroplayer builds are based on LibreELEC 8.0 which include many fixes and improvements over 7.0.

Cab you tell me wich build is working cause the latest build kodi is crashing.
I just uploaded new builds, try one of those.
I just tested playing nes, snes and gba games on my odroid c2 and it works well.

Kodi 17 and kodi 16 are drastically different. I wouldn't waste your time.
-
retroplayer != retroarch
-
Can you try again with one of the recent Alpha builds and report back? There will be no fixes to the 7.0.x line
