Does the S912 still have issues with stuttering when subtitles are displayed and H/W decoding is enabled? S905X has the behaviour the first time a subtitle appears on the screen while watching a video, the subsequent subtitles do not cause it.
The S905 also has this same issue. There is micro-stuttering when subtitles are displayed. I disable subtitles and it plays perfectly. It doesn't always stutter in the same spot when I replay a scene that initially had a stutter. Some scenes are more prone to stuttering than others.
I had that with one of the boxes so, after the first notice, I changed the auto setting to manual in the LE configuration settings and back again to auto. This seemed to start the whole process again with the update notification re-appearing and the download completed notification showed after about 2 minutes (worth a try)
Thank you for the suggestion but sadly it didn't work.
I was able to manually download the update using wget so I don't see any reason why auto-update is not working.
@mbake5 see above (the update can take a few minutes to download)
I get the notification that the update is available but not the notification that the download has completed. I have waited hours for the file to download but there is nothing in the update directory.
I'll just manually download it with wget.
Reboot.
I have rebooted 6 times. Reboot isn't the answer in my situation.
Manual and auto updating aren't working for me either. I get notification that an update is available but no files are in the .update directory. When I check "available versions" in Kodi there is nothing there.
My power light turns blue when I first power on the device (Beelink Mini MX) but then quickly changes back to red and stays on red. I am using 8.1.6. When using 8.0.2 versions it didn't do that.
Seeking backwards (rewind) often results in the video freezing. I believe this first started in 8.0.0f when waiting for the buffer prefill was removed.
The last few updates have failed during reboot due to failure to decompress the img.gz file. The file is written to /storage/.update with permissions 644. If I change permissions to 777 then the update completes successfully. Is 644 the wrong permissions? Does it need the execute permission? Anyone have an idea as to why this is happening?

Bluetooth is turned on via System -> LibreELEC -> Services -> Enable Bluetooth
Roll to the very bottom of screen.
Thank you so much! That was the problem. I never saw that option before.
Have you enabled it ? It is disabled by default.
In LE Configurations.
Under System -> LibreELEC -> Bluetooth is shows "disabled". There is no way to enable it on that screen.
I have two Beelink Mini MX 1G/8G that I purchased almost a year ago. The bluetooth has never worked on either device. It shows disabled in LibreELEC. Kszaq, do you have any idea why it is not working?
