Some have normal timestamps and encoding and some have been "remixed" resulting in strange or broken encoding that causes the kind of problems that you're flagging.
It's interesting because desktop players like Celluloid play video without any problem.
I met strange behavior while playing some 4k videos. The sound starts normally, but without an image, which comes after a delay in one video it's 20 seconds in another 60 seconds and it's moved. What is the reason? Some buffering, something specific with the file format? What can I do with it? The problem occurred on the mkv file with codec H265 in 4K with 60 frames.
My platform: Rasberry CM 4
System: LibreELEC 11.0.3
Kodi: 20.2
Linux: 6.1.38
Interesting is that I met the same problem with those files in VLC on PC, but Celluloid played it without any problem. I also have some test video with H265 4k@60 and it works perfectly on rpi and VLC on PC.

I'm trying to run LibreElec on my new Rpi CM4 with the official mainboard. The system is lounching, but USB A doesn't work and I can't use mouse/keyboard to control the system. I tried to enable USB by adding a line to config.txt, but without any changes. What can I do with it?
