SD version is build for KI Pro, for other models replace nougat Device Trees.
Pls, @zbigzbig20 verify if is running WP2 internal tuner, I did a adjustment in linux config.
Display MoreThank you kasaq for your work.
I have used 8.0.1h on one of my boxes (h96 pro plus) with tvheadend42 addon and Mygica T230C DVBT2 usb stick and it worked well.
The stick stick has stop working since first 8.0.2 version, including recent 8.0.2d. (I have upgraded my system by string the LE tar file in the upgrade folder) .
When configuring the tvheadend42 addon with a web browser, I can see that it recognize the stick HW but mux scans always fail !
I have also noticed that he hw driver indicates that the stick has DVBT capabilies but as far as I remember from LE 8.0.1, it also indicated that the stick has DVBC capabilities.
Do you have any idea whether this can be fixed ?
Are there any other users on this forum that use tvheadend42 with Mygica T230C DVBT2 USB stick ?
Upgrade tvheadend from LibreELEC repository.
Further experimental AML S912 updates using John's amlogic-3.14-y-Nougat Kernel and Kodi Leia Alpha1:
The 3GB S912 modded device trees are now included in the following directory:
Pls, add following commits to support internal dvb tuner.

Yes, i've just compared Testing7 and your latest build based on it, and i've checked it twice - same result: johngalt's build is ok, but your build does't switch frequency properly. I staying on Testing7 for now, but i really like your improvements of channel switching
Bytheway, for judder detection i've used this (if you have some time - perhaps you should try it yourself): FPS testing videos
Test build with fixed massive frame skipping.
LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.0-8.0.2-devel-201706271833-gc89478b-I.img.gz
This version is using same kernel as johngatl's Testing7.
Hi. I have a KII PRO.
Is it possible to run TVheadend and watch DVB-T2 without network connection?
Currently, without connecting to my router, TV is not working.
No, now it is impossible. Ask kszaq if it possible to fix it.
Fix for massive frame skips in johngalt's nougat kernel test build.

I tested 4K HDR samples with 0 skips and 0 drops.
Since version 8.0.0a my builds supports Xbox One joystick. Try to install my latest build.
I have to ask kszaq to include patch zz-xbox.patch in his kernel builds.
Test build with johngalt nougat kernel, but only 2K.

Don't use it for install to internal NAND. There is nougat dbt.
Hello afl1! Thanks again for your efforts! Unfortunately, I must say that something is wrong with fractional framerate switching in your johngalt-based builds. I have the typical juddering every ~42 sec on 23.976, and ~17 sec on 29.97 (59.94) videos, which doesn't appear on the pure johngalt builds.
My builds has the same setup as johngalt 8.0.2- testing7. Pls, try this version, there is support for internal tuner.
Hey, I've flashed the latest version onto both USB drives, and onto SD cards, but it doesnt seem to boot up? The K3 just stays stuck on the black and white text "mecool" screen.
In SD card version is wrong dtb.img. Pls after burning it replace dtb.img with gxm_q200_k3_pro.dtb.

Name:
LibreELEC-S912.arm-8.0-8.0.2c-I.img.gz
Link: MEGA
I plugged it into my PC and the LIBREELEC partition has :
The title says "s905_autoscript". Maybe your link hasnt been updated?
This is correct. aml_autoscript install s905_autoscript. Boot process is same for S905/S912.
Try to flash previous version. If it starts, try it upgrade putting .tar to '/storage/.update' and reboot box.
I'll verify SD card version tomorrow.
for the first boot from sdcard (before using installtointernal command) , Is it necessary to replace dtb file with gxl_p230_k1_pro.dtb?.
Of course, after that, installing according to what you wrote (with twrp).
You have to replace it. Don't install nougat kernel version to nand, there is different dtb in my workaround.
Is it safe to perform a backup on my previous device kii pro, and perform a recovery on the new device ki pro?.
Is there any reason to install everything manually (maybe drivers or somethinks else) ?.
Thanks in advance.
You can do it. Drivers are loaded at system boot and they are selected by autodetect or by device tree.
This is log after this commands: QWfe
And log from submitting commands? Have you got error message after modprobe command?
Edit:
I uploaded fixed version with attempt to start wetekdvb at system boot.
