It would be helpful to see a full Kodi debug log that demonstrates the issue and how the source is configured in sources.xml. Note that Windows requires you to use username/password authentication (anonymous shares no longer exist). This means even if you configure a share as open and accessible to anyone, the connecting client still needs to present itself as 'someone' else you are 'no one' and access is denied.
The problem is solved with adding a password.

In windows I can access the libreelec data that is serialized but from libreelec I can't access the serialized data windows prints the following error, Failed to download fasckille data. First let me say what my configuration is.

CPU: Intel i5 -6500t with vpro
memory: 8GB
Operating system: libreeleč 9.95.1 10.0
My next problem is it won't give me 4K resolution in the settings.
I installed Windows 10 and there it gives me 4K resolution to set, but when I install libreelec it doesn't work, it gives the most fulhd. So I would beg you to have such a beautiful solution. From the output on the computer, I connected the cable to the Pioneer receiver VSS-830, it supports 4k resolution, and from there to Hisense 4K TV.
