Does anyone have a mirror of these builds? near impossible to find now.
You mean kszaq's old builds or the continuation of his builds updated by AlexELEC?
Hi there!
Is there any chance that you'll be creating a Kodi 18 update or perhaps a tutorial on how to update Kodi and compile? Your kernel for the MXQ is the best and I've been trying to figure out how to update the Kodi packages without success so far. If there's a basic checklist on what to do to pull newer Kodi into as a package, that would be amazing!
Thanks a ton!
Kodi 18 is available from AlexELEC-S805.MXQ_V20.arm-3.1.8.tar
Thank you for the ansver, but this way not working, undo I update stok firmware. =)
But after update, all work ok!
Thank you!
Any image for M1 to try.?
You can find these older builds here : MEGA
Which one to use?
LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.2.4.2-S905Test-1529136339.img.gz
OR
LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.2.4.2-Test2.wetekdvb.img.gz
Display MoreI installed 8.2.5 on my TX3 Mini and seems to be running fine. Wifi Working, Wireless mouse working.
Boot from internal command is working too.
I just want to know how to boot from Android back into Libreelec? Is there an easy way to do it, without getting up and unpluging the box?
Then the dual boot would be complete!
Any help would be appreciated.
Use "Terminal Emulator" in android.
Terminal Emulator: boot to Android, insert SD card/USB drive with LE, install Terminal Emulator app (either from Google Play or APKMirror), run it and type reboot update. Your box should reboot to LE.

Just use a microSD and install. That way, you have two versions.
Thanks for the response. Maybe I misused the term, with the 8.2.5.1-444-1000nits update I no longer get any 4k video to my TV. My setup is HDMI out of the box into a Yamaha YSP-2700 soundbar which supports 4k video passthrough to my TV. With 8.2.5 422 10-bit, 4k HDR played just fine, audio decoded as it should and video passed through to my TV in the correct format. After updating to 8.2.5.1-444-1000nits, when I tried to play a 4k file my TV would just tell me there was no source but the audio would still decode and play fine from the soundbar.
Curious to know if the the 8.2.5.1-444-1000nits update made any difference for you in regards to the brightness of your 4k HDR rips?
Try a 1 M to 2 F hdmi splitter.
Any idea why?
No idea though.
From what I gathered, it got to do with these terms:-
Support protocol: A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, apt-X
a2dp.sh
ALSA
Pulse audio
Got 8.2.5 running on u9-h but bluetooth doesnt work for some reason... Have in enabled in the menu but in the Bluetooth menu it says that no device are found although I do have the headphones in pairing mode.... It doesnt look like it searching for anything...
Bluetooth does work for keyboards but not audio in my box.
As said in OP, only H3 is supported. Actually, A20 should be easy to add, but I don't have any such board, so somebody else should add needed bits.
Yes, the main difference is only 4 items to consider.
H3 Quad-core Cortex-A7 1.6GHz vs. A20 Dual-Core Cortex-A7 1GHz
H3 TF card (Max. 32GB) / MMC card slot, No Sata vs. A20 SD (Max. 64GB) / MMC card slot ; SATA upto 2TB on 2.5" disk
H3 10/100M Ethernet RJ45 vs. A20 10/100/1000M Ethernet
H3 Realtek RTL8189ETV, IEEE 802.11 b/g/n vs. A20 No WiFi
I think Sata and Ethernet is the major ones.
I have the Banana Pi M1 and interested to try.
@ Mr.Brown;
There is such a product as Apple TV 4K.
There is another product such as Sony UBP-X800 4K UHD Blu-ray player.
If you don't mind paying.
Look to the positive side (coins do have 2 sides), without these cheap boxes; there is not much options for experiment, for discovery, for tinkering, for excitement. Just stick with the well and tested and "out-of-the-box" standard experience only. Your choice.
This helps me to update from kszaq version. Thanks.
This decision is bad, i have no usb-port free.
1gbit ethernet adapter and a usb keyboard.
I did the internal installation before by using the upgrade firmware route of my S805 box more than a year ago.
That time it was version 7.0.2.5 but no idea it will work now.
My remote is working correctly for the nexbox a95x except for the mouse function. I can't switch the remote to it. I suspect that this is not a standard KODI remote function but an amlogic one so with the switch to the new driver, there is no way to map it to the remote.
Very unfortunate because I used to use it on occasion.
No idea though. Anyone with nexbox a95x have a solution?
