Those fixes were just merged in LE master so they should be in today's nightly images. tar are just updates - you put them in /storage/.update and reboot. You can actually do same thing with .img.gz files...
Now everything works!

I took the image LibreELEC-H6.arm-9.80-nightly-20210207-91cf0cd-orangepi-lite2.img - now everything works!

The problem:
orange pi lite 2 (H6) + samsung 32K5500 (1080/60) + Nightly images (any version from the last couple of weeks) = No signal HDMI
