The thing is that LE is a free project based on KODI and 3D has become less and less important. So when you are able to develop 3D yourself on LE participate in the project, otherwise you cannot insist to get it. Simple as that

Sinisan The Pi is more than a video playback device that should be clear. Only for this purpose there are far better devices out there. However, 3D is not in focus anymore that's why developpers do not put effort anymore into this feature.

That's what I still notice. Though 3D has become less interesting for all studios and TV manufaturers I am happy to have still my Panasonic DXX789.
I have red somewhere else that there might be a special build of LibreElec that can support frame packed 3D but do not know details.

Also from my side, is there a chance now to play 3D frame packed with v9.2.4 running on the PI4?

Da Flex: Unfortunately it is not explicitely given in the TV manual, only that 4K 3D is not supported. I always thought (and I can hardly find detailed specs) that the DXW784/DXX789 from Panasonic has a native 100 Hz Panel.
Besides hat I am using the HDMI Cable that came along my Raspberry 4 bundle (Micro HDMI to HDMI) from LABISTS going into my Yamaha RX-V681 and from this out to the TV. I will double check the complete cable chain nearby.
Thanks a lot

Da Flex: Putting it last line brings no effect in the settings unfortunately. Perhaps it is an issue with my Panasonic DXX789 ??

Thanks for your support. Please find attachment.

Da Flex, I have already updated to LE 9.2.3 but I cannot choose 4K 60fps in the settings Is LE really updating itself without recreating a LibreElec SD?
-
Da Flex: Maybe but I have used the external method via Wein text editor and do not know precisely where to put the "hdmi_enable_4kp60=1".
Streaming content is not my cup of tea in KODI/LibreELEC since I want to test 48/60/120p content.

I am using a Pi 4 on my Yamaha RX-V681 with HDMI support for 4K60p and output to my Panasonic DXX789.
LE 9.2.2 is not offering 60 fps though I have added to the config.txt "hdmi_enable_4kp60=1". Any idea what is the problem in the chain
and do I have to put hdmi_enable_4kp60=1 in a special place in config.txt???
