Hello Coummunity.

I have a problem with the sound output via a HiFiBerry HAT (DAC + Pro), with the KODI add-on "Spotify".

The normal sound output from "Music" (source "NAS") works perfectly, "only" from the KODI AddOn nothing comes out of the HiFiBerry.

Does anyone have an idea which setting is still required in LibreELEC / KODI or the AddOn?

I use the following hardware / software settings:

- Raspberry Pi4 (4GB)

- LibreELEC v9.2.3

- KODI v18.7/Leia

- Spotify-AddOn (marcelveldt - 1.1.58)

It now works with the new HDMI cable (amazon: "AmazonBasics HL-007333 Hochgeschwindigkeits-HDMI-Kabel, Typ Micro-HDMI auf HDMI, HDMI-Standard 2.0 - 1,83 meter (2-Pack),Schwarz").

My Pi4 was not recognized directly, but with the Samsung configuration wizard the necessary settings could be made on the TV.

The "tvservice" command returned the following results:

[-l] 1 attached device(s), display ID's are : Display Number 2, type HDMI 0

[-s] state 0xa [HDMI CUSTOM RGB lim 16:9], 3840x2160 @ 30.00Hz, progressive

[-n] device_name=SAM-SAMSUNG

I've tried some settings; none are currently active.

With similar problems, I found a reference to the cause of the HDMI cable and adapter in a German (Raspberry) forum.

I have now ordered an HDMI cable, type D to type A, which is recommended there. Maybe this helps...

I thought there was also a German-language forum at libreelec.

But in the future I will formulate my questions (and answers) in English in this forum.

Da Flex: I tried these settings, unfortunately with the same negative result.

Also changed the cable again, also checked and changed the settings on the Samsung TV.

Again and again the message no signal on the TV.

Frustrated. Because you just want to set up a small project and fail because of the image output on the TV.

bin *neu* hier auf diesem Forum, beschäftige mich aber bereits eine Weile mit den Raspberries.

Mein aktuelles Projekt ist ein Media-Center, auf Basis Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (4 GB) (Kit von Labists), mit LibreELEC 9.2.3, Kodi v18.7.1 (Leia).

Klappt auch wunderbar, auf meinem "Entwicklungssystem" ("Alter" VGA-Monitor, mit Adapter auf HDMI0), Zugriff auf mein NAS mit Photos und Musik, alles wunderbar...

Wenn ich den Raspi aber an meinem Samsung-TV, Modell "GQ43Q60RGTXZG", anschließe, dann bekomme ich einfach kein "Bild" auf dem Fernseher.

Bereits verschiedene HDMI-Anschlüsse am TV versucht, mehrere HDMI-Kabel, diverse Einstellungen, die ich aus verschiedensten Foren gezogen habe, aber bringt Alles kein positives Ergebnis. Der Samsung-TV meldet immer & permanent "Kein Signal"... *frust*

Der Raspi bootet aber ganz regulär, ich hab' über LapTop und "SSH" Zugriff d'rauf, kann die "/flash/config.txt" bearbeiten - mittlerweile schon zig Einstellungen ausprobiert - aber "Bild" aufs TV bekomme ich einfach nicht...

Hat jemand schon ähnliche Probleme gehabt? Wie sind sie gelöst worden? Welche Einstellungen in der "config.txt" dazu notwendig?

Hoffe auch Euer positives Feedback.
