/storage/.kodi/temp/xbmc_backup_temp.zip
so if i rm this, I should be squared away?
Its complaining about the G, even though that's what the man page clearly states is an acceptable variable.
I get this:
find: invalid number '2G'
Well this is interesting, there's no .tar file to be found. Think there's a tmp file since there wasnt enough room to create a full backup?
Thank you sir/ma'am, ever forward!
I specified a backup storage location OFF my sdcard, in one of my attached drives. Near as I can figure since there's nothing in the directory I specified I assume that there's a partial backup on the sdcard that is taking up 3gb or so that was left. No idea where it is. I looked in storage/backup but its not there.
Id upload a logfile using the handy dandy logfile uploader addon but apparently you can't do that with a full sdcard.
Thoughtss?
Did not know 5 ghz wasn't supported on rp3. Easy enough fix, thanks.
Pulled an old RP3 out of storage for the roomate to use as I have a shiny new rp4. Put matrix on it, but it doesn't see my wifi.
It sees all my neighbors wifi though. When I go to system settings though, it doesn't show a mac address. But obviously wifi is working because it "sees" other available wifi. I have pre assigned dchp leases to keep unauthorized people off my network, but I can't assign it an IP manually because I don't know what the MAC address is.
I also don't know how I would ssh into it without any sort of internet connection to find it out.
Ok I restored a backup and now I have several weird errors. For instance, seasons 2-5 of Young Sheldon scrape correctly, but season one shows up as Orphan Black, but with the correct episode titles. Should I just delete all my nfo files, re scrape everything and then export?
power went out and my raspi shutdown so I had to do a power cycle reboot. Now, even though all five drives are mounted and show up in files manager, only the 14 TV shows on one drive are showing up. All the nfo files are current, and I tried a library update, and importing the video library, still isn't working. Í can still play all my TV shows thru the videos section but that's not the point. I'm using the latest stable version for the raspi 4, matrix 10.3 and the embuary skin.
I recently upped to a RP4B. After getting my library sorted i find when I watch movies from my hard drive using the movies source, they buffer continuously. First I get the little wheel, then the circle with numbers. Like every ten seconds. But if I play them thru file manager, or thru videos from the directory, they work just fine. Also when I hit stop, often times the system gets stuck and I have to soft reboot. But not when I play from file manager or from videos. Anyone run across this?
I'm pretty sure that projectM only runs on X86 devices with an X display. As you didn't give any details of hardware I have to assume RPi3 which projectM will NOT run on.
Thank you. Will mark solved.
According to the Wiki, this addon is on the point in time list. Yes when I check the repo, there's no mention of it nor does a search find a result. I don't seem to have an option to choose a music visualizer. Im using the standard Estuary skin. What am I missing?
No issues just wanted to say thanks for how consistent Transmission is.
The issue has magically resolved itself. For future reference do i post the logfile here or pastebin with a link?
I am running 18.2 on an RPI3. I do not have any illicit addons or repositories. While I was watching a show on the Netflix unofficial app I went to scroll forward and for whatever reason it rewound to the beginning. When I hit play I had no sound. I restarted my box a couple times and it didn't help. I jumped on youtube and discovered I had the same problem. I havent touched any settings. My regular videos and audio files work. Even stranger, all the system sounds work while in the addons section. Back, scroll etc.
Also, under audio settings during playback audio stream is greyed out.
Would really like to fix this as I just got the Netflix app to work so I can watch The Order on my 50 inch tv instead of my phone.
I can't duplicate the error, everything works fine now. I suspect this was one of those magical Ubuntu things that magically fixes itself.
SMB has nothing to with the web server - are you sure you're accessing the Kodi web server on the correct port (default :8080)?
Yes. 20579
And I didn't change anything and it works now. Both of them. Im going to restart smdb and see if i can duplicate the initial error.
