RPI5 - with Libreelec LibreELEC-RPi5.aarch64-12.0.1.img.gz

What I did:

Create the file em28xx.conf in /storage/.config/modprobe.d/

add blacklist em28xx in that file. (not module_blacklist=em28xx like in this post)

Thats it.

Also I have a TX3 SS905X3 TV Box with the LibreELEC-AMLGX.aarch64-12.0.1-box.img.gz image. (sm1 X96 Air dtb I think)

This is very strange.

I use the exact same approach with a RPi3 and a RPi4, but I have none of those issues.

As I've posted in another thread, this is my ffmpeg command line,

The major diferences are that I'm not forcing the frame rate nor the pixel format and I use a different ffmpeg version.

I use a ffmpeg version compiled directly in my RPi3 from the official ffmpeg sources.

I wanted to install your ffmpeg server add-on for recorded files or other files on my computer, but I don't have any idea how to get it work.

Is there it chance to build a new Ffmpeg Server Addon also for PI OS Kodi?

I have a K1 (or KI ?) plus Amlogic S905 box.

I think iit is this box.

Libreelec can be installed witth the GXBB dtb. I searched a very long time for an Android firmware. I tried many.

A few days ago I found an appropriate one which works (flashed it with Amlogic burning tool).

Works. Reboot only from shell, but works! (I have to edit the Dialogbuttonmenu.xml so I hope it will be possible from the menu)

The remote (from the Allwinner H3 MXQ Pro TV-Box) works also. So it is now a very good alternative to Amlogic S905, because with these Boxes some HD Channels are not working.

Allwinner shows a clear good picture.

Because with this image reboot works.

I think it would almost be perfect then😏.

It's not polished yet, but if there are no big issues, it might be already useable.

First impression:

Looks great. Locks perfect. (I'm watching 20 min now)

Board: MXQ 4K H3

What I did:

Flashed my SD Card with "LibreELEC-H3.arm-9.80-nightly-20200617-eb556b1-libretech-h3.img.gz"

But the update with LibreELEC-H3.arm-9.80-devel-20200613185701-ebc62d6-deint.tar crashed the system.

So I flashed the SD card again and made minimum configs in LE.

Via ssh: LibreELEC:~ # mount -o remount,rw /flash/

Then I copied the files KERNEL and SYSTEM from the "LibreELEC-H3.arm-9.80-devel-20200613185701-ebc62d6-deint.tar" unziped "target" folder to the flash folder in LE.

LibreELEC:~ # sync && reboot

All is doing well.

Btw. reboot doesn't work, I have always to plug the power adapter AND the sd card.

TV works well with TVH 4.2 + Astrometa DVB-C/T usb stick, (Unitymedia Germany cable)

(Thought this stick works only with TVH 4.3)

Deinterlacing (Sky Football) doesn´t. But this will hopefully implemented?

Netflix repository coudn´t be installed . But I think I will manage this

I 've bought a "MXQ Pro 4k" box from China, which was advertised as a Amlogic 905 TV Android box.

It turned out that this box is an Allwinner H3 box, not a 905.

Would it be possible to run LE on it?

What informations do you need?

The board is branded as "h3q44_V3.0_20190725".
