idk really, 7.0 uses the same tvh like 8.0 so it works. The only problem would be if you update from some old 4.0 install then it is known that it won't work

I can set recordings using the app on my phone, and within LE, but not through the web interface...
I've managed to get tvh working as before, but I've lost my recorded programmes and timers.
Also, on the web config pages, I can't set any recordings, and my upcoming recordings etc aren't listed...
I can't turn on timeshift in tvheadend.
I initially tried to update the filepath, and then couldn't save it. Now I can't enable and save...
Are there any settings I need to have a particular way?
EDIT: Ok, removed old data and it connects. I backed up the old userdata. What can I copy across that will give me my channels and timers etc?
Update went ok, but tvheadend isn't connecting. Do I need to do anything to activate drivers, or delete old data? It says HTSP server is unreachable

the other things will takes some additional days as it throws an error I can't fix yet

I've managed to pair my hub with libreelec using bluetooth, but none of the buttons work (on the remote and in the app).
I've tried with Microsoft - Kodi and Microsoft - Media Center SE.
I have had CEC set up, which I removed and nothing changed.
Am I missing something obvious?
Tvheadend 4.1.1920-1943 was broken - currently we have 4.1.1945 in our repo (autoupdate) that should fix this.

Hi CvH, do you know if there is a resolution to this? I see some other people had this issue a few weeks ago, and you were able to help be providing a different version of tvh 4.2. Was the working version in the new image, or was it another one?

Is there an easy way to move my settings from tvh 4.0 to 4.2? I have a lot of recordings, and would like them linked if I upgrade. Otherwise, is there much advantage in changing? I tried just renaming the folders, but that didn't work.
I assume that TVH 4.2 disappeared from the LE official addons because I selected the ljalves version instead of default?

ps. any idea why my OE backup won't restore OE to how it was? I lost all my settings last night. I have moved the tar to another HDD and am trying to restore it from there.

Did you choose an driver in the configuration addon (click at an driver -> automatically reboot ?)
If yes pls upload a log, maybe some firmware is missing.
I tried to install LE directly over my OE install. It looked ok at first, but I got repeated TVH server cannot connect warnings. Uninstalling and reinstalling TVh didn't help.
I then tried to open the install dvb driver application and I get a warning and it doesn't open.
Restoring your last OE ljalves build lost all my settings, and TVH wasn't working at first, but uninstalling and reinstalling fixed that.
Also, I created an OE backup before all this, but it doesn't work. I moved it onto another HDD to free up space as I had a warning about lack of space when initially trying to restore, and then am trying to run it from there. Could that be the problem?
