I want to manually map the shares at the unix level at startup. What file would i put the mount commands in for this to happen?

Ive found that even though kodi supports smb versions 1 to 3, only version 1 works.

For a long time Kodi would only work using SMB version 1 on many Linux platforms. Windows 10 recent versions disable smb version 1. Re-enabling it usually works. But if you want to use smb version 2 or 3 you will still struggle. Ive heard Kodi 18 supports smb 2/3 but i dont know if the underlying platforms do.

I'm running LE 8.2 on an Odroid C2. My projector has an annoying habit of hunting for signal every time i do something in kodi. When i first hit play from the menu or when i skip forward/back. Its just for a second. Navigating around Kodi and playing a movie is fine. Is it possible to set Kodi/LE to constantly output 1080p regardless of source material, etc?

For S905 I don't think it gets much better / more consistent than the Odroid-C2 right now.
Unfortunately Hardkernel is out of stock

Which of the current S905/S905X boxes have quality of components and ease of use with LE comparable with the Minix U1/U9?

In the Odroid C2 under LE, I like how the in built IR receiver just works with a MCE remote. Do any of the boxes mentioned in this thread have a similar inbuilt IR receiver?
Also, theres a big price difference between, say, a Beelink for $42 and a Minix U1 for $110. Is there something in between with quality components?

In the current LibreElec build, is the C2 infrared receiver supported? If so, would a Windows Media Player compatible IR remote work without additional software?
