No, but i found a solution.
In my AVR (DenonX4100) i have to change in HDMI Settings "VideoConversation" to "ON".
In LE10 i got the normal brightness.
This option is not necessary in LE 9.

I connect directly to the TV and create an edid file via "getedid create"
Now i have the file
"edid-HDMI-A-1.bin" in folder
/storage/.config/firmware/edid

why is LE10 much darker than LE9 in movies?
I have an Pi4 with LE9.2.8 and LE10.0.1.
Same TV , same settings.

Hyperion is a DIY Ambilight - google it 
It doesnt work with internal yet because LE 10 use new video driver.
