thanks for your help (in english and german) but that didn't helped me out.
First, i changed the HDMI Mode on my TV (KD-65XF9005) to enhanced mode (4K (50, 60 Hz) mit YCbCr 4:4:4, YCbCr 4:2:2, YCbCr 4:2:0/10 Bit-, RGB-, HDR) but i didnt change the settingstab in Libreelec. No 60Hz to choose...

ich habe gerade die neuste Version (LibreELEC 9.1.501) für den rpi4 installiert.
installed the newest Version of Libreelec on rpi4
Um die Frequenz von 30Hz auf 60Hz zu bekommen habe ich laut: LibreELEC (Leia) 9.2 Beta1 – LibreELEC
to change libreelec from 30 Hz to 60Hz i've edited the config.txt in Libreelec and add the line showing below.

In Kodi kann ich zwar (wie vorher auch) die entsprechende Auflösung von 3840 × 2160 Pixel einstellen aber wie bisher nur 30Hz an Bildwiederholungsfrequenz.
in Kodi i'm able to choose 3840x2160P but only with 30Hz.
