I also thought about installing official LE with gamestarter addon. These gaming builds are just ****. If the developer wakes up one day and thinks "nah I won't update this build anymore" you are just fcked. Gamestarter addon is more up-to-date and even if it would stop updating you have atleast the latest LE build. This RR build still runs with kodi 18.4 and has a kernel bug which causes tearing in my videos.
My only issue is that the official LE doesn't have vulkan driver and I need this.
How difficult would it be to update a single component of this build like lets say retroarch?

I managed to create a branch from stable LibreELEC 9.2.2 version and merge with RR packages, so Kodi version is up to date at 18.6 Leia and I also updated Moonlight-qt to the last version 2.0.0. I'll see if I can update all 5schatten packages, I made a fork from LibreELEC-RR in Github.
So now we have the last LibreELEC stable version including retro-gaming capabilities offered by LibreELEC-RR, thanks to 5schatten!

Could you also update the generic build? I get errors more and more in the most recent build and its hard to get any help because people always say I should update kodi first ~.~
Me too, I have an tearing issue when I play video files. Probably because of the kernel version. This got fixed in official LE.
Retroarch has some nice updates, too. Does someone know if we can use the libretro cores of buildbot? He once said that they can cause issues because they were based on old libs and he had do compile them by himself or something like that. That was a few weeks after leia has been released. Maybe now its fine to use them?
A month? He is afk since october. He could atleast give a short note what is going on and if its worth to wait any longer
Um I have another question. I've connected my IntelNUC (LE) with my other PC (Win). But the folder which I've synchronized is on my PCs end on an external HDD. So I was wondering what is happening if I run my NUC and my PC at the same time and the external HDD is not plugged to my PC. So it won't find the path on my PCs end. In this case will it just remove the data on the NUC? Or does it only sync when I start the tool on windows? Because on LE it seems to be running in the background.

Ahh thank you I got it now. But I'm struggling again. It doesn't sync yet.
The folder which I tried to sync already exists on both ends (same content). I'm not sure if it connected both folders but I gave them the same folder ID. I added a new file on one end but it doesn't do anything.
Under remote devices it just shows syncing 0%
Maybe because of the note on the top of the screen?
Edit: Nvm its working now. Obviously I just had to reboot. Thanks for this great addon

awesome build. However compared to the rest dolphin is extremely loud and the volume bar in its settings is greyed out. Is there a solution for this?
And is there a way to change kodi leia splash screen?
