Recordings are done at the "backend" that is not nessesairly at the box you use for LibreELEC.
For example you can setup Tvheadend at your NAS (with access to your tuners) and record to your NAS. Then the Kodi PVR addons can grep the recording from your NAS.
Or you install Tvheadend Server at your RPi, connect an tuner to the RPi and use it as recording/playback machine.

Should work, you can also look for dvbsky s950 v3, cheap and support at the kernel

The K1 drivers/tuner is FAR away from a "good" tuner - it works but expect problems.
You could try CoreELEC - they have an different driver maybe that part is fixed by "coincidence".

i don't see dvb-fe-ds3103.fw
ah damn it ...
try Add a firmware to LibreELEC [LibreELEC.wiki]
use that file and rename it to dvb-fe-ds3103.fw
the file was renamed at the kernel sources -> crazycat uses the old name
pls report if this works, if so i push a fix

You could test an mainline build if it behaves similar. Not all playback features are supported yet but that won't matter for vdr.

systemctl stop service.tvheadend42
cd /storage/.kodi/addons/service.tvheadend42/bin
./tvheadend42.start

Sadly not, its a bit difficult
You need an comskip config and you need to add the comskip path to tvheadend.
Thats not really predefine able, sorry.
