Thats rather easy, not sure if a one fits all solution might be possible.

But the problem is that I need tuner mainly for Cable(DVB-C) and Antena(DVB-T/T2)
then this is nothing for you
-
yea ofc i thought more about a general warning implemented at the settings addon (current one can't do it anyway)
btw this is also something that would make A LOT sense at Kodi - but likely they don't care because "the os needs to handle it"
-
You can achieve something similar with some script at the autostart.sh - ofc that is not user friendly.
The settings addon is sadly in bad shape overall and even such small things are pretty difficult to include. For LE10 we plan to redo the complete addon and there such function should be possible.

I've managed to display boot messages with the same board on my RPi
the driver crashed (line 867) - no idea whats wrong
you can open an issue at Issues · tbsdtv/linux_media · GitHub or maybe crazycat can help

I looked into it and I am able to reproduce, I fixed that it won't throw this error, no idea if it works better or not.
I have just an Generic build ready - anyone can confirm it with generic ?

I would like to do a good research, before I get this tuner.
I have no knowledge if the drivers are broken or if they just don't work at some architectures.
Alternatively get some Digibiot R1 or Xoro 8100 and just plug it into the network. There are no drivers needed and they "just work".

please let me know if you need anything special tested...
tx for testing but nothing is needed at the moment, glad to hear it works

LE9 and activate the crazycat driver's at the driver select addon.
They support that driver, but you need to test if they work properly.
-
The new version of the stick works (likely) at our crazycat addon. Upstream driver's should be available in some time too, this is currently under development (no timeframe yet).

Is it the same problem for the latest LE alpha?
-
-
Is there a major ARM issue with these drivers /maybe firmware/ or something else?
Its likely somehow broken, you could try to boot LE with the HW it runs at Debian - if it works there the LE side should be okay.

Just to add, due the nature of these hack to make it work we can't include it at any official build. This needs fixing upstream but this is likely taking some time
(because no maintainer is interested in fixing)

They have now updated the downloads page to say that LibreElec is coming soon:
We have no hardware to test our images at all, so we won't add official support to it. We can't support something we couldn't not even test the release images. That may change, maybe, but no idea if anyone from the team wants to buy such a board. Otherwise there is no real problem at supporting it

bitte auf LE9 aktualisieren (aktuelle alphas), dann sollte das direkt funktionieren
