there are "Tags" at Tvheadend that are basically replaced it, they are also supported at Kodi
to allow dlna clients access the streams from tvheadend (DVB-T,DVB-S) !
why not use an htsp client or Sat>IP client ? Tvheadend Client works awesome at Android for example
btw you can also run tvheadend instead of minisatip and activate the sat>ip server if you need
in the end same result ofc 
(minisatip has better performance)

this is a known bug at Kodi that is already fixed, LE 9.0.2 should fix this

this is likely working rather easily at LE too, mainly depending if we ship already the drivers for the RFID reader, otherwise you just need some bash script that does

this is only possible with an slightly overclocked RPi3+
otherwise this works without an problem, but be aware that you have to redo the frequencies frequently for T2 as they change from transmitter to transmitter
as far as I know as soon you enter the correct sound card it works

Its an kodi problem so its better you ask in their forum because not too much ppl reading here from there 
This is nothing Kodi provides out of the box. Maybe you used an xmltv grabber that provided the artwork ?

I use the NextPVR addon
there are already some reports that this pvr addon behaves wrong, we are not too sure if it is just broken at Kodi or we did something wrong
can you check if Kodi18.1 at raspbian works well ?
