log wise everything looks like it should
1. driver problem
2. Tvh problem (wrong setting)
3. Drivers being developed support DVB-C with 64QAM/128QAM, but not 256QAM. <- not sure that this is still trueI had never those sticks my self so I can only guess what could be the problem.
-
reported as working (at least partly) lamedb2tvheadend.sh
-
I need an dmesg | paste pls, hard to tell whats going on.
You can try "Disable PMT monitoring" if you can found it at the device options in Tvh.
Also give VDR a try if it works there (to rule out that Tvh is the problem).Power should not be the problem.

I need to transfer files manually from tvh 4.0
that could be problematic because tvh4.1/2 has a new format - most likely that fails or generates problems (just a warning) -
I can't get the TvHeadend client to installdamn, the repo for 009 is not yet up it seems (major intern changes from 008 -> 009)
so better wait for 3-4 days, i provide an "final" 009 to test -
pls test at least with Tvh 4.2, 4.0 has so much bugs that you can't trust it
-
i finally connected t230c to tvheadend, but now it doesnt scan muxes.could you post an dmesg | paste ?
btw your images are not loading -
This is mooost likely a kernel/driver bug. This is MAYBE fixed in a new kernel - !! MAYBE !!
Pls try the latest LE 7.90.008 if it works there, if not we can test if some experimental driver works or not
an dmesg | paste would be nice

New plan
That is an preview (really nothing else) LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-7.90.009-4.9-TBS.img.gz
Can't guarantee that this is working (just update to it, ready). If this is working and didn't produce problems we are close to release an official LE image with nativ TBS support (Generic and RPi).Currently it looks working beside everything what depends on saa716x because that is broken for kernel 4.9 at the tbs drivers

pls have a look here Search · vmware · GitHub
maybe you get how "much" is necessary
We have currently no interest of doing it by our self (because nobody from the team is using Hyper V), if someone pr the necessary changes we are happy to include it. -
then pls pr the changes to GitHub - tvheadend/dtv-scan-tables: Digital TV scan tables - a fork for TVHeadend, create a PR to add/update or/and here GitHub - oliv3r/dtv-scan-tables: Digital TV scan tables
these are the official locations for this, I can't test nor have I the needed language skills to search for information to this satellite -
is there a way I can add it myself?probably yes, just have a look how we get it working for VMWare (we have working images for it) - its not that easy to maintain all of the drivers, virtualbox for example is kind of broken because they don't offer a working driver.
LibreELEC-Virtual.x86_64-7.90.008.ova -
could you try to install an updated version from here index - powered by h5ai v0.29.0 (https://larsjung.de/h5ai/)
the satellite list is generated at buildtime -> could be rather old -
Guess i have to wait for stable release (but how long?)If LE 7.90.009 is released i start providing new images.
-
yes there its activated i guess (i have to say i had not tested this image at all)
-
i have 230cpls wait for an proper 7.90.009 version (a lot changes), also the 230c is still not full supported at the ljalves-CC drivers - this drivers did you activated yes ?
-
you done it right, i guess, i ask a dvb dev if he knows if we did something wrong (my knowledge about this is just google so don't expect too much)
