close your browser and open a new browser and login again, if this is not working you might misspelled your password
to hard clean your tvh pw remove
this file and reboot (the file might have an other name)

I have a look at updateing it to latest version, the few updates are rather small but some changes that looks like good bugfixes.

Did you use DHCP for the IP? If so pls disable and change it to static ip at the box - dhcp is dangerous (if the ip changes due whatever reasons all clients have to resetup that they work) and I already saw such an behaviour at a box with dhcp (not a common problem).
About the Diseqc I have very limited knowledge (never needed) - the Megasat might support it - but tbh really no idea.
Another vote for the Digibit R1 here, running the third party SatIP-Aex firmware (which is effectively a Mini Sat>IP install). This allows far more complex LNB and Diseqc set-ups to be configured than the stock firmware

no it was for PCTV Systems PCTV 460e and the "bug" looked similar but the cause was different - this is fixed

Emby can do it - there were plans to update Tvh to a new Gui version - but I guess due the amount of work required this isn't done yet. The current very old framework is sadly rather outdated
The new one should easily support those nice things. -
then pls check that it is really correct at Tvh - normally it uses just what is there avaible

1. Install 1.25.0.157 from the link you have provided above, via USB
do this, the online updater might not work at all
after that update the interface is rather different and the box is properly usable (the custom fw is just a workaround if your network is too wacky - normally you don't need it)

You can try to power up the display and then power on the box -> intel gpu tries to check for display ONLY at start - this is a know problem of the 4xxx generation.

afaik the webui is also available in english, everything else you don't really need
you can also update to Inverto - IDL 400s - which is english for sure (also more recent update)
and pls update to latest fw before you do anything
1.25.0.157 or 1.24.0.156 as it includes MAJOR fixes

No, pls search for KD problems with Tvheadend (VDR), there are plenty of tipps how it could be solved. I have no KD/UM so I am not really a help - try kodinerds.net

you don't need to change your image to edit the estuary skin at all, beside the way described above you can also just rename the skin to whatever you like and install it as addon - might save you some time
