Would Libreelec forum support Tapatalk in a neat future?
There is no Tapatalk plugin for the forum software, even i there would be a possibility I would rather not use it at result of the "experience" with Tapatalk (buggy plugin (crash db ...) + security problems).
I have just installed WSC-Connect, but I cannot (or I don't know how to) subscribe threads.
Yea this isn't a real replacement pls feel free to request here GitHub - ChristopherWalz/wsc-connect-plugin: WSC-Connect Plugin new features (the dev is helpful)

btw did you need to do something to setup or just activate an go ?

I'll wait for you to add the Hauppauge addon then

Storage Path should be /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.tvheadend42/cache/timeshift
No idea why it dropped out.

Silicon Labs Si2168
The official LE 8.0-8.2 has native TBS driver support, with LE9 there are these addons that I have in my builds currently.
At the driver Silicon Labs Si2168 is the name of the used chips at your TBS card, this is "normal". Just use it as if they are the normal TBS card

it looks like that it don't build at current master, I fix it
-
could you upload/link me the "old" addon you used before ?
-
I have pasted that to MHLT
You are already at LE 8.2 with a working TBS card -> it should work already. You have most likely to reactivate your devices at the Tvh settings (webui).
-
Or a Intel NUC Kit NUC6CAYH there you can reuse your ram and ssd I think.
-
but LibreELEC takes no notice of anything I put in there
if you reboot there should be an text that complain about the problem - could you have a look what is written there ?
btw you did it that way right ?
-
could you provide from ssh
systemctl status service.pcscd | paste
-
what is the problem with hevc?
There is no GPU acceleration for HEVC, so it is just CPU rendering that is really CPU demanding (and the Atom is really low end), you can try if maybe 1080p HEVC still works.

which did update to 7.0.3 generic, but of course with no TBS drivers.
you can update to LE8.2 that includes by default the TBS drivers
just copy LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-8.2.0.img.gz to your update folder and reboot
It did upgrade to the generic 8.2.0 version with no problems, but of course I still have no TBS drivers
what TBS card do you have ? Btw did you upgrading from an older OpenELEC build ?
I want to try your 8.1.0 version.
why not using my 8.2 version ? Index of /LibreELEC/8.2_Krypton/8.2.0/
just update to that version, enable driver -> reboot
I`ll do a Hauppauge addon soonish that includes a huge number of new Hauppauge drivers, currently a bit out of time but I try to get it working this week.
