I didn't see a "Hauppauge" addon with the other dvb driver addons
LibreELEC (unofficial) Kodi builds for additional DVB Drivers <- have a look
if there is no hauppauge addon you may use the old 1.0 version, try the 1.1 from the dl link at the homepage.
how do I install the nightlies?
1. make a backup of your user_data folder of Tvh !!!
2. Tvheadend nightly builds for LibreELEC download addon for your platform
3. copy to your box and install it from the addons
You can try if LibreELEC 8.x images for additional dvb drivers improves anything.
We are not too sure that it works at all for Tvh. There are not too much reports about it.
Mygica T230c
Mygica T230 is okay, Mygica T230c not really.
If you like it dirt cheap try Xbox One Digital TV Tuner this tuner is around ~12€ at Amazon. It isn't a premium tuner but works mostly okay.
have this issues
also with the DVBSky S960 ?
should the Hauppauge update include the dual tuner patch for the dualHD usb?
It includes everything what is there - so it should work.
please explain
I need to find my RPi to make some screens
Basically you have to go to the transcoding settings, create an new transcoding profile with mmal, create an NEW streaming profile and use the transcoding profile you made.
the millhouse builds should already include them (LE9)
if you need an LE8.2 with that drivers look at my signature
likely an Kodi problem, kszaq should know if this is common
no logs no problem
not possible to tell what is wrong here without an log
kodi.log and tvheadend.log would be nice to have (btw use the build in log uploader at the LE-Settings addon)
It is an astrometa stick - they are cheap but partly (there are a lot different devices that looks similar) horrible. Basically save your money and don't buy it.
Could you try the 4.3-628 build? That excludes the massive change (currently unstable) at the decrypt routines.
