did you backup -> restore from RPi -> WP ?

if so, go to addons -> left sidebar -> force repository refresh -> try again

if this still not works then you have to manually delete /storage/.kodi/addons/packages/*.zip (login via ssh required)

This function was removed for whatever reasons, so maybe you should open an issue at your pvr.abc issue tracker or go back an kodi version and never update again (as it is unlikely this is changed in future without someone reporting issues). Maybe there is an other workaround I am not aware of.

remember this could also be driver/hw related

not really sure what is required - I pushed a new version that includes libmpc (an mpd client) - the faq sounds like it is required

I reworked a lot of the options (some bigger face palm moments including) and activated "everything" what makes sense and we had already at the toolchain.

urgs it is possible that the proxy plugin is just missing

we disabling a lot stuff basically because it was always disabled without knowing why (afaik nobody from the team is using mpd)

Isn't the pvr chaching disabled as the pvr protocol is for LAN only ?

Kodi PVR isn't build for wireless/internet connections.

No real workaround avaible that I am aware off. I am using pvr over wlan too, but my signal is good enough - best workaround that comes to my mind is to transcode the stream.

Index of /addons/9.0/vdr/ there are vdr 2.3.8 builds BUT only for LE9

Hmpf the problem is that there is likely no new 8.2.x build anymore as Kodi 18 Alpha 1 is at the door.

Btw the problem should be fixed for LE9

at RPi3 some things comes to my mind

1. broken addons/skin installed that eat up cpu ? is it reproduceable at an fresh installed LE ?

2. power adaptor too weak ? ( warning symbol at screen?)

3. dying SD card

otherwise there are "no" known problems
