no, its just needed to build chromium
If you need NodeJS for whatever you can also install it as Docker image.
You can install the portainer addon from our repo (you need install the linuxserver.io repo from our repo) that allows easy install.

yes this is known but not fixed yet LibreELEC.tv/tv_grab_file at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
needs to be changed to work with the "new way" similar to
Fix parsing settings.xml file by vpeter4 · Pull Request #2168 · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub

when I select "Get more..." nothing happens
are you sure your network is properly configured ?
if so pls force a refresh of the repos -> go to addons -> Download -> left side panel -> check for update
I am also unable to log on to the NUC through SSH. The root user does not accept any password I enter.
root / libreelec
ofc just working if activated at LE Settings

if it is our failure that something is broken feel free to contact me, its always a bit difficult to fix things you actually don't use and understand
I also added PulseAudio to mpd this might be working instead of alsa, there are already faqs how kodi + bt speakers via pulseaudio (pulseaudio [LibreELEC]) are working - this should do it here too (tbh really not my expertise).

you have tested this browser yes !?!?!?!?!?!?
-
It should be technical possible sooner or later (no idea if with working GPU acceleration or not).
There is some work for Linux at Shield, but no idea how mature this is already. LE at Shield is nothing we consider doable at the moment.

Arch Linux - hyperv 4.14-1 (x86_64) doesn't looks too easy/trivial
Also Hyper-V would be nice to have as it is shipped with Windows so you have no need for an VMWare licence for proper usage (as the free VMWare Player is rather limited).
But like chewitt said, we stop nobody to pr a working solution, our time is also limited and the possible gain here is rather small.

lcgh could you test Index of /addons/9.0/mpd/ 104-4 if it still works, that includes a recent libmpdclient (we could fix building at LE for it) but I am unsure if it still works or not

Where can I find the TVHeadend night build for LibreELEC 9.0?
not yet, early januar
-
I do not take this into account because this channel works on TVHeadend.
oh then it is unlikely a driver problem
tbh no idea
-
damn too much logspam
try dmesg | gzip > /storage/downloads/dmesg.log.gz
then go to your network share of your LE box into the downloads folder, there is a dmesg.log.gz , pls upload it
-
pretty pretty amazing... yes, seems to work now!
Is anything else needed ? I have sadly ZERO knowledge about mpd.
-
When will it?
I still wait for shanemeagher to pr his changes, idk if he might forgot it or so
-
Hardware inside Panasonic MN88473, too
dmesg | paste its likely some bs astrometa stick - but without dmesg info hard to tell

I've been considering the Khadas VIM2 Max,
sadly AML S912 -> no proper LibreELEC and no Linux (Linux works but no proper GPU driver)
Khadas VIM1 would work btw just fine.

pls report this bug at Kodi, nothing we can do
