Try direct connection without AVR.

The AVR eventually sends a wrong HDMI mode to the TV, and interferes HDMI negotiation.
To avoid this, edit cmdline.txt, and append this to the end of the line:
Codevideo=HDMI-A-1:1280x720@60D -

It's a bug in the settings add-on. The cache file is used, but it has to be activated by touch /storage/.cache/hostname.

Yes. You don't need simultaneous audio for this setup, so the regular LE will do.

Ive a argon case v2 direct to TV..i suppose that Is the issue..
I've seen several issues with that case, so try without it.

Sometimes a specific density is necessary to make a graphics file work. Take a working one, and edit it. So you'll keep the density.

For 4K, all HDMI cables should be conform to HDMI 2.0 or 2.1.
If that doesn't fix the issue, maybe your amp doesn't like 4K data rate.
