You have several banned add-ons.
After it was mentioned in the thread, we expected clean-up, and another log. It didn't happened, so I had to close the thread.

dannyzee Read post #6 again. Usage of banned add-ons means no support. Closed.

I wouldn't mind removing the plugin in question as I've been planning on making a transition to SMB anyways
Then you've decided to end the discussion. No clean log, no support. Closed.

We don't support people, who are using banned software. Creative movie makers have a right to get payed.

There is also no way for me to use HDMI audio, as there are literally no HDMI ports on the motherboard itself and I am using an iGPU.
You are telling us, what you don't use
. Which type of port do you use to connect the TV?
- DVI: By standard, DVI has no audio. In some cases, non-standard DVI audio exists as a BIOS option. So have a look at your BIOS.

Any suggestions?
Yeah, read the forum rules.

It has Nvidia graphics, so you have to use LE Generic-Legacy.

To my knowledge, you're the first RPi4 1GB user here, so we only have experimental recommendations.
Going back to an older version will probably not solve the problem (you've already reduced the cache size without luck).
You said it works fine without WiFi, and obviously you don't want to create a swap file. Then try this:
Switch WiFi off, and buy a WiFi-to-Ethernet adapter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z1SGWL5

If SnapServer doesn't work, I don't get the point. MPD is the way to go. Read here to understand mpd.conf:
ThreadMPD Audio output
Does anyone have any pointers for getting this working? I've been tearing my hair out for the last couple of hours. I've got my library scanned and can access it using ncmpcpp on my laptop, the default config has this as the only uncommented audio output:
(Code, 1 line)
which I presume means that the audio is just being sent nowhere, but all kinds of fiddling with either an alsa or pulseaudio output just does nothing for me. I've been trying to follow the guidance on the archwiki but it hasn't…SanpoChewNovember 30, 2016 at 3:14 PM -
MPD has client/server architecture, and it should work with multiple clients. I haven't seen people using MPD that way, so you have to figure it out.

A 2GB swap file should do the trick. Be aware that you'll get a lot of read/write access on that swap file. So it might reduce lifetime of your storage device.

PS: Also read this thread to get the idea, how it works:
Thread[RPi4, LE12.0.1] Autostart.sh with python script for fan control won't work
Hey everyone ! Hope you are well !
I am trying to have a fan control script working at startup. I have a Pi 4 with Libreelec 12.0.1 freshly installed with RPi tools addon. Fan is controlled by PWM on PIN 18.
The control script runs well when I use the command: python /storage/fan_control.py
(Code, 64 lines)
I have created an autostart.sh file and it also works (fan is controlled) when I execute sh /storage/.config/autostart.sh
When I boot the Raspberry, the fan is always running at full speed which…Nathan.OTNSeptember 22, 2024 at 11:04 AM -
In other words, it only works on LE Generic-Legacy now:
ThreadBoblight not working on 12.0 anymore
Hi everybody,
long time LibreElec user, first time forum poster
This morning I upgraded my setup to LibreElec 12.0.0 Legacy Generic.
When starting up LibreElec I get a message from Bob, Boblight that is, telling me that it could not start and that I should read the readme.
I have done some investigation and it looks like Bob requires libboblight.so to be loaded via /usr/lib
But in that location there is no libboblight.so. There is one in…ruudMay 3, 2024 at 5:25 PM -
With and without audio pass-through?
With and without fixed sample-rate?

PostRE: [RPi5] Bluetooth Dongle on LE12
Ubuntu for RPi4 was even worse result. The dongle shows up but won't connect to anything. I found an interesting resource on the subject regarding BLE dongles and kernel patches: gist.github.com/nevack/6b36b82d715dc025163d9e9124840a07
And some good news: I downloaded and tried out the latest nightly on RPi4 (LibreELEC (community): nightly-20240811-266cfd7 (RPi4.aarch64) ), and it does not seem to have any problems with audio quality. The Sena UD100 dongle is plug and play after adding the…mklodAugust 12, 2024 at 9:00 AM
