i have the same issue like alkay, i have a raspberry pi 4b 2gb ram, with latest libreelec 9.1.501, and if i launch RetroArch the following dialogue box appears: Exit Kodi and run RetroArch?
I select Yes.
The screen goes black, then the RetroArch splash screen appears for about 2 seconds and then the Kodi Leia 18.4 splash screen appears and I'm back at the Kodi home screen.
Some hints or tipps for me?

When you are on the main screen:
Klick on AddOns and then choose User-Addons and then just click with your remote keyboard or remote control navigation the LEFT button and you will see a window which you can choose "search updates" or something similiar.
Klick on it, wait a few seconds and you're good to go.

i like to know if a Mainboard with DisplayPort 1.2 (like this one B250M-C PRO/CSM | Motherboards | ASUS Global ) can run HEVC 10Bit with latest Libreelec, or is it necessary to have a HDMI 2.0 on the Mainboard.
If not, why?
