Taking SMB defaults when copying files from Win7-64 PC over CAT6 LAN to USB3 attached HDD on Minix U9 LibreELEC, I'm getting a file transfer rate of only 3 kbytes/s.
Sure those measurement units are correct?
Try running iperf to see if it is network related or kodi SMB related.
wrxtasy any chance you could re-upload the test version that uses 4:2:0 Chroma for 10bit HDR?
The original Mega link is dead and the new Mega folder does not have this version.
