YA makes no sense to me that I can't get wifi; OpenElec has wifi and bluetooth working on my M8S+ but LibreElec does not when I updated to 7.0.2any suggestions? what can I do to solve this? Never had issues with the remote though.

This version is working perfectly for me :

There is also a LibreElec version LibreELEC-Amlogic.arm-M8SPlus-7.0.2.001.tar.
Maybe it fixes some bugs from LibreELEC-Amlogic.arm-M8SPlus-7.0.2.tar.
