Can the remote.conf file still be put into the root of the SDcard or does it need to be put into a specific folder now?

That url is for S905's
you need the image & device tree from [8.2.2.3] LibreELEC 8.2 for S912
then choose the 1Gbit tree, then the gxm_q200_3g
I'm already running Libreelec 8.2. I was planning on upgrading to Libreelec 9.0 to try the Leia builds. I might try the same dtb that I'm using for 8.2 to see what happens.

I have the same problem. As soon as the screen tries to change to 4K it just shows the GUI duplicated into 2 frames one above the other.

I've seen a few people mention auto resolution switching and I'm curious what settings need to be adjusted to let the TV handle the scaling of 1080p to 4K.
Is it just a matter of setting the Interface output rez to 1080p and then if 4K content is played it will auto switch to 4K rez?
