First of all, I would recommend changing the HDMI cable, but since the S905 SoC (GXBB) in WP2 only meets the HDMI 1.4 specification, even the cable can't be the cause.
Is there DVB drivers issue possible ?

Sometime UHD res showing whitelist and other time disappear, what is the reason for wp2 ?

Okay, you used the correct file when updating. A device tree issue is not possible, because the dtb will also be updated.
However, you didn't answer my other question, which is also just as important:
DVB driver change: Add-ons -> Program add-ons -> LibreELEC Module Drivers
And you could also send a link generated by pastekodi needs to be run on console, hopefully something will be revealed from the logs.
Not change the driver, I go back again for 9.0.2, may again try tonight and follow your recommendation

I used arrowed file, asked u in previous post, is there any device tree issue ? , Its better to try fresh install rather update ?

I don't remember what DVB driver addons were present in version 9.0, so I recommend that you select another one under 9.2.

My all scanned channels showing in kodi, but, not playing, I restore my backup for all settings, nothing works, Do you recommend clean Install ?

I just place tar file in update folder, it updates automatically on reboot, but in tvheadend no tvadapter showing, is there some DTB files requires alongwith ? or any other mistake be done

The update should work starting from v9.0. As far as I remember, I tried it years ago.
Regardless, it is recommended to make a backup before the update.
there is only a single tar file required ? where to put it and on download page, there is also sha256 file , what is that ?

from where I can find DTB file for Wetekplay2 , and also want to know, how WP2 go to recovery mode, never tried. After Image installation, its own Adroid image intact and can be reversed as SD removed ?

Can I assign the keys of my remote as watching Sat channels on LE, with TVh, I want keys for history zap, up or down, i.e, go next or previous wathed channel
