It was wrong device tree indeed! Sorry.
And the only possible way to reboot into recovery is to use Terminal emulator and type "reboot update".

For S905X the difference in device trees is only the amount of RAM, right? I use 2G one.

Hi guys, I have two S905X Mini M8S III (not II) and no matter what I try, it just can't boot from SD or USB stick. No toothpick method, no "reboot update" from terminal, nothing. Maximum I get a black screen and device is dead! However I can flash Android ROMs without issues using the Amlogic USB Burning Tool. But seems there's no LibreElec image suitable for that kind of flashing? Is there flashable image for Amlogic USB Burning tool? Or can I somehow create one? I'm a total noob in this area. And I desperately want LibreElec on my two Mini M8S III.

Guys, is there a way to flash this image directly into NAND of Mini M8S via Amlogic USB Burning Tool? I flashed Android TV image that way.
The point is I can't make my Mini M8S III boot from SD via the toothstick approach. Any help doing any of these approaches is welcome. Thanks!
