Configure the Harmony to use the Microsoft Media Center (MCE) profile, this will work with LibreELEC out of the box.
We dropped a bunch of remote configurations in LibreELEC 9.0 that were buggy and/or caused issues (the Zotac config is one of them).

Try restarting kodi or whole box and then install again.
I tried now and it did nod help. PVR addon version 2.4.14.1 is what I see as the newest version and when I try to install it says something about xbmc.pvr version compatibility problems.
I just did update from LE 8.2.5 Release to LE 9.0.0 Release and after that the first thing I mentioned Logitech Harmony Elite is not working anymore on a physical Zotac CI323 Nano (it has a built-in IR receiver) which worked like charm with the chosen Zotac Zbox Nano profile from the Logitech device database.
Now it's just not reacting anymore, absolutely nothing happens when I hit any button.
Anyone else having the same problem? An suggestions how to fix this?
Updated today to LE 9.0.0 and PVR Simple TV Client is not working anymore. Uninstalled and after that installing is not possible anymore.
As I am italian I can confirm that the whole country is far away from being built stable 
As kids are growing very fast and I can't wait for this feature I'm asking again if there are any news on this.
Can we expect it on LibrELEC 9.0?

The question is if there are really just a couple of people wantig this feature so bad as some of us, HDMI and SPDIF @ the same time, or maybe they 're just too lazy to write their wishes

Okay. Yes, that's exactly what I would need because my kids should not be able to activate Samba and edit sources.xml, where credentials for SMB-shares are saved.

Thank you for your help. At least I tried by myself now and it was not even necessary to change workgroup.
I just created new users, copied the sources.xml (which includes source paths and domainuser-credentials) for every user from Kodi to LibreELEC and it's just working. I can access the whole SMB-shares as before.
When using multiple user-profiles and master lock is active I can choose which menu settings have to be locked by master lock.
It would be very helpful if I could choose just for the menu-point "LibreELEC"-settings (which includes network settings, SMB-settings, etc.) whether it should be locked by master lock or not.

I am running Kodi on my QNAP NAS and because of many issues I would like to change to Libreelec on a HTPC. The only information I was not able to get is if it is possible to join a windows domain with the linux system where Libreelec is running on so I can get access my media files with domain user credentials stored on SMB shares.
