just wondering, has anyone had any luck with 'installtointernal' with the H96 Pro Plus? Mine looks to have read/write errors

Blue light came on with both open USB ports, but was not able to power LE. It might be the cable, as i spliced one until i can get a real one.

Ok, so power via say the TV USB port, will turn off and on, but it only works with one of the USB ports that are hidden? nothing easy here.

I personally like knowing it is in a low power state, but able to wake up quickly from sleep. that wont happen with this method, but it is something. Thanks.

I used aml_7.1.2_s912_q9377-XGO_mac-20171206. I was going to try others too.

For mine that does not work, i have green board and CZ-S32-V2.2 sticker on the PCB. Not branded on the cover.

I put a custom 7.1.2 firmware from Shonk on there, and while Android works and boots fine, still unable to power on from LibreElec.

Ok, thanks, i will need 2G/16G, but maybe worth a shot. It does not say AlfaWise on it, so risk some hardware is different, but may give it a go

ok, yes that does work. But it would only work one time, as after it boots into LE, and turn off power, it cant then power back up. So cord pull and replace is needed.

You say "if the SD/TF card with LE is in place - it will boot straight to LE..." -- when i boot to Android (internal) yes, power works fine for the stock OS. But with LE on my USB, it does not automatically run LE when i power the OS back on from sleep - i assume i would need to launch it somehow from Android. And once i power it off from last being on LE, i would need to pull the cord again to start it back up.

I am just now seeing this is an issue with this box, which i was not aware when i bought it.

Following any potential resolution of H96 Pro + being able to power on. I am happy to test - have a new box with 8.90.3 from USB now. Thank you.

Assuming no resolution, which box is similar but able to power on properly?

I have the same issue, just got a H96 Pro+. Perfect on Android but LE on USB using 8.90.3 cant power on, and similar LED. Using gxm_q200_2g.dtb
