5schatten fresh install fixed the problem for both the keyboard and the pad, I think I manually added a wireless network and it seems wifi/bt kernel code is quite buggy

Ok after 2 reboots BT worked again, but as I said before I have exactly the same problem with my 8bitdo FC30 pro,

"bluetooth error - operation not permitted" after pairing, the pad acted like it was paired (led blinking slowly) but it was not usable in kodi ui or detected in ES.

If I off/on the pad, it's pairing for a few seconds and then disconnect, just like the keyboard.

This pad was working on this box few months ago, I think it's not an issue with keyboard ater all but BT is now completely unusable on my s905x.

Hmm it's worse, I tried to pair a 8bit do FC30 pro, I got the same "bluetooth error - operation not permitted", the pad acted like it was paired (led blinking slowly) but it was not usable in kodi ui or detected in ES.

Now I rebooted the box, there is a message "bluetooth is disabled" in the bluetooth ui, so I disabled/enabled bluetooth service, now I have "no bluetooth adapter detected"

I got a ps3 bluetooth keyboard CECH-ZKB1FR.

I want to pair it with my s905x box running your libreelec version.

I paired it using the integrated libreelec ui in KODI but it's not working after pairing, I got an error message "bluetooth error - operation not permitted", the keyboard shutdown on his own, and now when I put it on it shutdown few seconds later.

FIY I tried to pair it on a Windows 10 PC and it worked fine there.

Are the provided log enough to diagnose?

Are there command-line tools to debug or pair it succesfully?

Hey just updated on my pc with radeon card and now m64plus is working great, exept one thing:

The screen is stretched to 16/9 on my TV instead of correct 4/3.

5schatten there is another issue with Pegasus, when you play a game and exit the emulator back to Pegasus, the UI goes back to the first game of the first system and not to the game you have just played like with ES.

oh ok! I have a question about that, why do you still create .tar images? since img.gz can be used for both new installs and updates, it seems redundant

hey great but video preview still doesn't works for me in Pegasus (log included :p )

1. make the flash partition writable:

2. edit /flash/syslinux.cfg, find the line starting with "APPEND boot=" and add to it radeon.si_support=0 amdgpu.si_support=1 kernel command-line switches for GCN 1.0 GPUs or radeon.cik_support=0 amdgpu.cik_support=1 for GCN 1.1 GPUs.

3. save and reboot

for es_sytems I agree with you but it's cool to have good and complete default options.

I just tested amdgpu instead of radeon driver on my Radeon r9 270x and it's MUCH better, I think you should enable it by default for GCN 1.0 and 1.1 cards:

1. Vulkan now works!

2. KMS works!

3. no more error message when booting Dolphin (using Vulkan, GL still have the problem)

but I still have the problem of bad HDMI sound output

And a new problem: when loading a game in Dolphin, my gamepad is not working, like it's not mapped to the GC controller, instead the analog stick is mapped to a mouse cursor that I can move onscreen but it does nothing.

and one last suggestion: you should add .chd format for Saturn and PSX in es_systems for x86-64 build, they are supporterd by beetle cores
