I am running now kszaq's 8.2.2.3 build. Should I update to this build? Any advantages/improvements over kszaq's build?

Auto update worked for me. After the update GUI response has improved a lot.

8.1.10 posted in OP. The problematic vsync change from 8.1.10-rc1 is reverted. I also applied some reverts to K-series DVB driver to match @afl1's builds and hopefully fix channel scan for some of you.
A little announcement: I am going for holidays and I won't provide any support for the next 10-14 days.

After a few nights of pulling my haіr out (fortunately I have some of it left) I can now confirm that vsync is going to work in a next build.

You can modify every skin to get the options You want
I have tried many skins, but only "Reboot from Internal" not working in any of the skin except Estuary (stock) skin. Any help?

I am a newbie... How to update? I have downloaded the .gz file, but I can't see .update folder.
Nothing shows in the manual update mode under LE settings. Will the LE update itself ( I have checked Auto update setting)

Is LE compatible with skin like Titan, Confluence or Estuary mod? Asking this because the 'Power menu" option "Reboot from Internal" does not seem to work with none of the said skins. Any skin other than the stock which works well with the said option?

Since you booted back to Android again, you'd have to perform the same steps to boot to LE again as you have done for your initial boot to LE. There is no way to do this from the Android interface. Multiple options might work for you to boot to LE, as described here:
[HOWTO + FAQ] Install community builds on S905/S905X/S912 device But you'd have to try it yourself as the options that work differ for the different devices.

A simple reboot is fine. Or turning off and on.
If I reboot, it boots into Android again NOT LibreELEC...
