Hi balbes150 finally I was able to try all the gxbb DTBs for my Beelink M18.

I tried your build from 14.04 in the ARMv8.arm Version

Wifi is working with the wetek play 2 version (ethernet as well).

Is there a important difference from an end user perspektive in ARM and aarch64 (I know this is the register stuff from the CPU).

I am asking because video is not working well in TVHeadend. The first HD channel is somehow OK, but changing channels do not work. Sometimes even the switch to fullscreen gives a problem. dark grey screen for video.

If someone is interested I could upload the remote configuration.

should I therefore try all GXBB DTBs to find one which could work? Or is this approach without a chance of success?

Hello, I have tried yesterday your build for S905 and chewitts one.

My box is a Beelink M18. I wanted to try whats the difference, as the official one is unable to play Mpeg2 content.

Your Version does not have working Wifi, as the adapter does not show. And therefore I could not test Tvheadens, which is the main usage of this box.

Is there a difference in the DTB files?

I used on booth versions the meson-gxbb-p200.dtb

back in the days with Libreelec 8.2 I used gxbb_p200_2G_1Gbit_OTG_Port.dtb

only a small feedback.

The system don't even react to a ping. Therefore no SSH connection is possible.

I will try to install a vnc plug-in as well, and see if I can connect, but I doubt it.

The kvim1 does not boot without hdmi cable using the box image from a SD card with the vendor u boot.

Installed to emmc is the latest khadas android build.

I noticed one bug on the kvim 1.

If there is no hdmi cable connected, or You use a hdmi switch with a different active input then the kvim1,the device don't boot.

It hangs on the first line of the Bootlogo saying it's build forever. Even if hdmi is connected again.

Coreelec 9.2.5 from SD boots fine without display.

I have checked this with a ping to the machine and on coreelec a vnc plug-in.

Sadly I have no log from the bootprocess, can't find my serial console cables.

But I could try, it should write to the tx pins?

The box image runs great for watching TV with tvheadend.

I just wonder how I write the kvim1 image to the emmc. AML burn tool tells me, that your image is not valid. And it does noch Boot from SD.

I would like to use mainline uboot as well

I have used the image with "box" in the name and another usb charger. I could start LE.

I have another question.

One a second device (Khadas VIM 1) I want to run this version as well.

Therefore I downloaded the Kvim1 version (LibreELEC-AMLGX.arm-9.80.8-khadas-vim.img.gz) and put it with rufus on a 128gb SD card.

On the emmc of the VIM1 is an Android installed (VIM1_Pie_V200317).

But Libreelec does not boot, it stays on the Khadas Boot image.

Previously I had Coreelec with a 4.19x Kernel on another SD card, this works.

Did I something wrong? Or did Coreelec tamper the Uboot, and I need to burn Android again to the vim to boot Libreelec?

Maybe a stupid question. Is for a s905 the file LibreELEC-AMLGX.arm-9.80.7-box.img.gz correct?

I would like to try on a gxbb box a matrix build. Only add-ons will be Netflix and tvheadend client. It looks like coreelec will support only s905x up.

From the meson project it seems like s905 has proper support from upstream, which would be great.

Or can I build it myself, is there a special build flag needed from

For me LE does lose usb audio if the USB dac is off when le starts.

Therefore I have to start the dac before.

Please go to the properties of the folder on windows 10, and then take Screenshots from tabs security and shared properties (or all tabs)

Is you windows firewall enabled?

Can you access the folder on windows 10 from windows?

Please show the share settings in windows. If it's your windows user then use this user plus the login password for windows

I think you have to use username password for a windows 10 share. Use a user with a password for your share

Does rsync work with favorites? This would be the only thing which changes often? Or can I symlink it?
